장점: - 직원들이 친절하고 도움이 많이 됨 - 편리한 위치 - 서비스와 위치를 고려했을 때 가격이 매우 합리적임 단점/개선될 점: - 복도가 다소 지저분하고 먼지가 많음 - 공용 주방 없음 - 식사 공간, 사용할 수 있는 접시와 컵이 없음 - 여분의 슬리퍼 없음 - 기도 공간 없음. 복도에서 기도해야 했습니다. - 플라스틱 캡슐 침대 프레임에서 소음이 심함 - 일부 투숙객들이 밤에 시끄럽게 함 - 늦은 밤 복도/화장실에서 마리화나를 피우는 투숙객을 목격함 참고: 최상층에 있는 수영장/정원은 이용해 보지 못했습니다.

리카튼 호텔에서 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 에어컨은 괜찮았고 방은 전반적으로 깨끗했지만 먼지가 좀 있었습니다. 호텔이 고속도로 바로 옆이라 소음이 좀 있었습니다. 403호에는 TV가 없었는데, 직원에게 물어봤더니 이유를 알 수 없었습니다. 꽤 실망스러웠습니다. 제공된 수건은 찢어지고 더러웠는데, 다행히 제가 직접 가져왔습니다.

방이 좋아요. 편안하고 깨끗해요.

The good thing is, it was nice capsule hotel. AC was cold enough. Clean. The staff lady in night shift was friendly. The problem is, far from LRT or MRT station. But you can get by grabcar or AirAsiaRide. Oh I forgot something, the shower was hot and it was difficult to set to cold water.

Room was clean and comfortable. But 1. The blanket is upside down. 2. The parking security is very👎🏽 not helping and slow. Probably won't be staying here in the future.

Aircond not functioning well,im on it 16celcius with turbo mode but long time to feel cool like you use 27celcius,need backup with table fan provided from them,during checkout after fews hours I am realize that I am leave my pant at my room,but until now they not contact me about it

Such a pleasant stay at this super affordable yet luxurious capsule hotel. And the staff is very friendly and helpful, too, especially Mr Hambali & Zaini. I love the cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the pod at this hotel. Also, the very cold and refreshing air-con at the main corridor. Moreover, the business room at the ground floor is very useful for many uses as it is spacious. The same goes for the top floor area for relaxing.

Saya tinggal di kapsul. sangat nyaman! sedikit tenang ketika 2 malam di kamar banyak orang dan amat sangat tenang ketika 2 malamnya lagi di kamar sedikit orang. para staf ramah dan baik. sangat profesional. loker luas dan kamar mandi bersih sekali.. nyaman banget pokoknya. recommended for backpackers👍

The staffs are very helpful even I had trouble at very late night. The capsule is very comfortable & clean, but it’s a little bit far from LRT/monorail station (about 1km walking) but it’s okay they have McD across the hotel.

Room is awesome. Service is awesome also.

The room was fine, the capsule was also okay, the only thing that is not okay is the location. If you're looking for a quiet place, this might be the place. But since I was travelling alone, this doesn't seem fine. It's hard to find any convenience store such as seven eleven or any other mart. The only fast food available is McDonald's and you have to cross the road first through a bridge before you reach McDonald

This hotel is perfect to stay if you have work around that area. Clean and organize. The staffs are nice.
