The aesthetics of the place suited my personality. It looked exactly as it was presented in photos. Very nice, friendly, and accommodating staff. Big servings of plated breakfast. Nice view of the bay from the hotel room.

완벽했어요. 서비스가 정말 훌륭했어요. 모든 게 다 마음에 들었어요. 객실에서 보이는 전망이 정말 멋졌어요. 아침 식사도 완벽했고, 서비스도 빠르고 차, 커피 등도 제공해 줬어요. 정말 완벽했어요. 시내에서 그리 멀지 않고, 로빈슨 플레이스 근처에 있어서 택시로 75페소만 내면 됐어요. 정말 저렴했어요. 리잘 파크 호텔, 트래블로카, 정말 감사합니다.

Staffs are welcoming and friendly. Our room was a deluxe room with a large bed. It was spacious and super clean. ☺️ A must since we have our kids with us. Definitely coming back. Worth every penny. ☺️☺️

We have extended our stay here because of our pleasant and wonderful stay here during our wedding. All the staff are very kind and friendly. We will definitely come back here. 😁

It was awesome but we had some disappointments. The hotel is not well maintained. Pool is beautiful hence the tiles are chipping. No elevator at the time we stayed so we need to climb the stairs with our heavy baggage.

Poor customer service will only want more more ways to generate money from you.

The room clean and spacious. The Hotel near to Museum , Park and also SeaWorld. very nice place to stay.

Great experience overall, clean room, very accommodating staff, good food and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a heritage feel ambience.

The staffs are friendly and approachable. Thee room looks exactly like in the picture. Breakfast buffet is plain. And it’s just hard to pick up taxi or booked a grab maybe because of the months (Christmas season).

Beautiful hotel. Every corner of the hotel can be used as an artistic background for taking pictures. The food was good, the staffs are very nice. Rizal Park and Manila Ocean Park are just across the street, Intramuros and Manila Baywalk are not too far from this hotel.
