전체 평가 및 리뷰 Kiman Old Town Hotel

Kiman Old Town is the second Kiman. It is closer to City center. The room is ok for the price about 300k-350k/room/night. This hotel is for budget packet travellers. Room is small, toilet also small. AC is broken. Blanket is old. But everythings are clean, quiet, and friendly & helpfull staff.

The services is cheap with this price. Our family have a wonderful trip in Hoi An

Phòng rất ổn, chỉ có điều phòng mình bị cái cửa phòng WC bị hỏng, rất khó đóng. mình đã complain thì chị lễ tân nói cũng mới sửa, chắc do khách mạnh tay. Ngoài chuyện cửa nhà WC thì mọi thứ khác đều ok. phòng sạch, nhân viên siêu dễ thương thân thiện. gần phố cổ lẫn bến xe (~600m). Phòng tuy hơi cũ nhưng cũng khang trang, phù hợp với giá tiền. À ban công là của chung nha. Nên đi ngủ hay làm gì thì nhớ đóng cửa kéo rèm.

I appreciate that this is a budget hotel, but the bathroom smelled, I stayed for 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned once, I was on the ground floor next to reception, which was noisy, the window in the room wasn’t useable as everyone was walking past, so curtains had to be closed at all all times. The lady on reception was very pleasant.

Phòng hôi, nhỏ, có cửa kính nhưng không có rèm che. Người ngoài đi ngang qua có thể thấy hết trong phòng.

My room was a standard one but very spacious. For its price, I think it is “more than what you pay for”. The room was clean. The only drawback is that my room was at the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Also, the staff was very helpful. She was kind enough to call my shuttle service to check while I was waiting at the lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and just a 10-min walk to the Ancient town.

With such a cheap price, I got lucky! Cheap but got comfortable room with tv. The staff is so friendly, she help us to get the best places in town. The location is good, just 5 minutes walk to ancient town. But the last thing is the minus point. The room's door, I can't open it from inside when I want to check out. So I had to call receptionist to open it from outside. I hope they fix it soon. Otherwise it's all perfect

Booked single room, but there's problem with my booking, so they don't have a room for me. They transferred me to their sister hotel, Kiman Hoi An Hotel and Spa which is a Three star hotel. The manager of both hotel is the same person. She was very kind and lovely. She help me to get a new room and I think my new room is a lot better than my booked room. Overall their services were good. They were kind, helpful, smiley and nice. Perfect stay in Hoi An.

Hotel room: old, smelly and noisy. Hotel staffs: very friendly and helpful. Hotel location: great location as it is pretty close to the old town.

기회가 있으면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 직원들이 너무 친절하고, 호텔도 매우 깨끗하고 여행하기 편리했습니다.

저는 싱글룸에 묵습니다. 제가 지불한 가격에 비해 객실은 완벽합니다. 저렴하고 정말 안전합니다. 위치도 완벽하고 구시가지와 매우 가깝습니다. 구시가지로 가는 길에 현지 음식점이 많습니다. 꼭 묵어보시길 추천합니다.

Phải nói là thật tuyệt vời! Khách sạn phòng ốc ổn, gần phố cổ, đi lại rất tiện, điều làm tôi thích nhất chính là thái độ phục vụ! Nhẹ nhàng và tuyệt vời. Tôi thật sự thích! Nếu trở lại Hội An chắc chắn sẽ trở lại.

Nice play. You will be welcome by a warm smile from receptionist lady. Location is good with about 5 minutes for walking to Ancient Town. Some local restaurant with speciality around hotel with reasonable price Single room is good and WiFi is strong connection
