The room is clean ang pleasant staff.

Sempat masalah di awal, kuncinya tidak dapat mengakses kamar, namun sudah dibantu dengan cepat. Selebihnya tidak keluhan lain, tidak ada masalah ditemukan. Kamar sangat luas, akses internet sangat baik karena modem ada di dalam kamar, menu sarapan bervariasi, hotel satu bangunan dengan mall, hotel juga dekat dengan lokasi wisata sekitar Kota Cebu. Tidak menyesal memilih hotel ini. Sangat recommended.

Location is wonderful, breakfast is superb, room is spacious. What I don't like is how the front desk entertain us. The male officer told us to wait and he will just gvecthe card key to us but then to no avail and that prompted us to approach the front desk again after waitibg for too long. Over all stay was excellent.

Love this hotel. Would definitely stay there again, hopefully soon.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The only thing I find that needs improvement is the comfort rooms in the guest rooms lack doors which poses a problem of privacy if you are sharing the room with someone else.

Relaxing experience. Hotel within a mall. But the rooms are not soundproof.

The location was great but the service was bad. Hope they will improve it next time. The parking attendant was very rude. I suggest they provide the parking ticket upon check in. Poor customer service except for the bagger. He was an exception.

The location of the hotel was great. Situated beside the mall. Near pier 1 going to bohol. Choices on their menu are quite expensive, such as a bottled water would cost you P120.

The hotel room is very dirty and the receptionists are not helpful.

Limited channels only on the cable television.

It’s a new hotel so sometimes it was hard for the taxis to realize they had to pick you up from the hotel not outside the mall. Nice breakfast, not massive but a good selection and everything was very tasty. The room was a good size and clean. Just make sure you don’t leave anything sweet out as we had some ants invade are room even on the 8th floor. Nice hotel with friendly staff and a reasonable price, we would stay again.

Over all, we had a pleasant stay. Considering that they recently opened, there are still a lot of things to improve on.

Had trouble sleeping because no one fixed the AC console that has been constantly at 28 degrees. The lady who attended to me first said that she will just call the engineer, but the engineer never came. I called the front desk after an hour to follow up but to no avail. So much improvement needed there.
