처음에는 매우 실망해서 오전 10시쯤 호텔에 도착했는데 체크인 시간이 오후 2시였기 때문에 점심을 찾아 관광 명소를 계속 둘러보기로 했습니다. 오후 4시쯤 우리는 체크인을 위해 호텔로 돌아왔습니다. 벨보이의 안내를 받아 방까지 갔으나 알고보니 맨 끝에 방을 얻었고 로비에서 방까지 이동하기에는 너무 멀었습니다. 결국 우리는 항의하고 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 방이 꽉 차서 할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 하지만 아직 손님이 있을 거라고 확신했기 때문에 결국 남편은 손님들이 아직 도착하지 않은 방, 즉 우리 방과 훨씬 더 가까운 방을 하나씩 확인했습니다. 남편이 약간 높은 톤으로 불평하고 우리도 호텔 업계에서 일하므로 도착하는 손님의 객실 차단 절차를 알고 있다고 말했습니다. 처음에 리셉션에서 가까운 객실이 이미 사전 예약을 했다고 했다면, 역시 사전 예약을 하고 먼저 도착한 저희와 무엇이 다를까요? 피곤한 상태에 남편의 감정이 고조되기 시작했습니다. 드디어 방을 옮길 수 있게 되었습니다. 그리고 보시죠? 보세요, 당신은 할 수 있어요! 현지 손님과 외부 손님에 대한 서비스가 매우 다르다는 것이 매우 눈에 띕니다. 객실 가격이 100만 이상이므로 아침 식사 메뉴의 종류는 매우 적습니다. 너무 부적절해요! 그리고 맛도 밋밋해요! 청결도와 수영장만 좋은 호텔이에요! 특히 현지 손님들에게 더욱 많은 관심을 부탁드립니다. 왜냐하면 우리는 무료가 아닌 숙박 비용도 지불했기 때문입니다!

Very nice place with the Great View, I took Ocean View Suites room and the room is so large and my eyes bright when I woke up with the Best view I ever seen.

My mother and I stayed at Semabu Hills for a week to take full advantage of all Nusa Penida had to offer and fit in two days of scuba diving. The service was excellent and the staff very accommodating; Our hotel room was also comfortable and spacious. We couldn't have picked a better hotel to spend our time on the island.

Nice sunrise, the foods for breakfast so yummy. It's nice to stay here in Nusa Penida, I'll be back

Hotel is quite good, very nice view. Menu for dinner was super limited, 5-6 items only, even chicken was less then 4 pieces in stock. Staff friendly, nice location.

This hotel have good access, good ambience and beautiful view. I can say this is one of the best hotel in the Penida Island. Definitely will come back again. Thank you for the warm service during my stay

Semabu resort is perfect for honeymoon couples that seek great atmosphere and convenience. The rooms are facing the infinity pool that overlook Mount Agung, perfect for sunset. Free shuttles are available to pick-up and drop-off from the harbor and crystal bay, making it best value for money. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and recommend everyone to go here.

I arrived room at 10.00 pm and found that the water system did not work. I call to room staff and he can not do anything, cannot contact hotel engineering. So I wait till morning without water, cannottake a bath nor do anything. Bad impression.

Had the most pleasant stay here, at Semabu Hills! Sepertinya Semabu Hills merupakan salah satu hotel termewah di area Nusa Penida. Hotel ini sangat recommended untuk bulan madu atau liburan keluarga. Kamarnya super luas, masing-masing kamar ada ruang tamunya sendiri, dan ukuran kamar mandinya pun sangat luas, walaupun ga ada bathtub. Wifi juga sangat lancar. Pemandangan keluar kamarnya ada swimming pool, dengan background Gunung Agung (info guide) dan lautan luas. Keren banget! Selain itu, lokasi hotelnya juga deket banget sama pelabuhan Fast Cruise 👍🏻. Makanannya enak banget. Walau ternyata ada makanan yang mengandung pork atau bacon, tapi bisa request untuk dipisah. Tapi memang transport daerah NP agak susah terutama untuk malam hari, jadi mau ga mau harus makan di hotel. Harga makanan juga ga terlalu mahal lah. Mereka juga menyediakan shuttle ke pelabuhan dan Crystal Bay. Buat yang bulan madu, bisa cek juga Paket Honeymoon mereka. Minusnya, shower room agak mampet, tapi ga begitu ganggu. Dan 2 kali nemuin kaki seribu di kamar 😅

The best hotel on Penida, perched on a hill overlooking the harbor. All rooms face the ocean, so you’re guaranteed an epic view. Each room is enormous with separate bedroom and living area with bar/pantry. There’s a large infinity pool in the center, and it’s the perfect place to chill and wait for the sunset. Breakfast is a la carte but huge portions. The hotel will take you to and from the hotel to the harbor or nearby town of Toyapakeh on a golf buggy which is available on-call. If you’re vacationing on Penida then you’ll be spending most of your time exploring the island, but this hotel offers a nice and comfortable haven to relax after a long day out.

Bersih, pegawai baik-baik, tapi terlalu jauh dari tempat-tempat wisata di penida karena lokasinya dekat sama pelabuhan.

Beautiful place to stay with friendly staff & very helpful. Great view of sunrise & sunset ever i have seen. Large room, feel like home.

Sangat menyenangkan, sangat rekomendasi sekali untuk berlibur, pelayanannya sangat baik, view-nya sangat bagus, dari kamar dan dari kolam, kamarnya sangat nyaman, restorannya pun sangat bersih, cuma sedikit masukan untuk breakfast lebih dibanyakin lagi dalam pemilihan menunya. Nilai sempurna.

View gunung agungnya super bagus dengan design kolam infinity pool, room-nya luas, fasilitas room great, hanya makanan yang menurut saya tidak sesuai dengan lidah Indonesia (padahal saya makan nasi goreng), belum nama-nama inggris lainya, overall saya puas. Thanks.
