리셉션에서 미스 이차티가 우리를 반갑게 맞아주었습니다. 그녀는 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 그곳은 평화로웠습니다. 우리는 오두막에 머물렀습니다. 깨끗한 침구. 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 다시 오기를 기대합니다.

Alhamdulillah, tempatnya sangat cantik, banyak activity untuk anak-anak bermain, bilik pun oke, cantik dan kemas, memang berbaloi lah datang kat sini, sangat-sangat recommended 👍

Best stay ever in my life! I had so much fun here with my small family. The customer service is very good. The room is very clean with a nice view. Too many attractions inside the resort.

We spent one night stay here and I must say everything was excellent. I will repeat this place 😇.

An Air*** service. Expect to carry all your heavy luggage up the steps or across the river/pond to the room as no buggy or staff is ready to service unless you insisted a help and you may need to wait if it's available. No room service or daily make up and no phone/intercom in the room. You need to go all the way to the reception, hoping someone is there to assist or answer your inquiries. Or better, catch any of the staff you bump into. Gate closes at 7pm or earlier and there is no guard house, so you are locked inside/outside for security reasons but there's more at stake than logic when you need access and have to wait longer time for the staff to come.

We have such a pleasant experience here. We achieved our goal which was we want to have a gadget free trip here. The line was quite bad there, but you do get some internet at the reception area. Other places, both internet and the telco line is bad. But, it makes our stay even more meaningful. We're close to the nature. There is a river at the back of our cabin. It was such a pleasant experience to hear the sound of the river gushing at night. It was calming and soothing. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

No alcohol. Can't bring wine to drink, a little stuffy at night.

Perfect weekend gateway! Pictures can't describe. Located farthest from the entrance of Janda Baik, the air here is the freshest and you get to see Banjaran Titiwangsa from phase 2. There's lots you can do such as fishing, swimming, cycling and there's also a rabbit farm. There's more but we've yet to explore. We went there for a short wedding anniversary gateway and was not disappointed. The only regret we have is that we didn't get to stay longer.

We enjoy our stay there. With the fresh air and quiet environment, surrounded by the natural, for those like us from the noisy city really enjoy our trip there. However, we would like to make some suggestion for breakfast. It is recommended to have an individual breakfast for each and everyone, the,.can reduce the wastage of food. It may also increase the quality of the food.

Very good place to go for a relax vacation. Many outdoor activities to do. The air is refreshing and chilling. If there is only one thing we think can further improve is the food variety. Maybe more food choices for the guests for their dinner.

The place is so peaceful. It is a great get away from the hectic life of a city.

Banyak yang perlu dipelbaiki untuk tetamu hotel.

A short gateway that is really enjoyable. The nice view, n a great hospitality, compliment with friendly staff. Kolam besar, basikal nak kayuh free je. Canopy walk tak sempat cuba sebab hari smpai tu hujan. Tapi seriously, sangat best stay kat sini. n surely akan datang lagi bila dah cukup duit tabung. Order makan malam ala carte yang sangat berbaloi. Walau harga Rm18, tapi portion besar n rasa nasi ayam penyet sangat sedap. Nak datang sini bw bekal makan cukup-cukup coz nak keluar bila dah naik sini susah sikit sebab jalan bukit n kedai pun jauh. Very recommended pada yang nak release n need extra energy booster.

I love how quiet it is. The view and scenery is just amazing. I took like hundredsss of pictures! I specifically love the bicycle rides and the swimming pool! The room is nice, modern and spacious as well. They were generous with the breakfast food. Wanted to try the Jacuzzi but i saw a dead rat inside the Jacuzzi so yuck! :( Too bad the nature jungle walk is closed during my stay (Oct 2018). So much love for this resort (minus the dead rat), I will definitely come again!

The place was great & staff too. Don't go during fasting month. The hotel cafe is close. We were unable to get dinner & have to drive out to find food. Only breakfast is serve.
