직원들은 정중하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 카펫 냄새가 좀 강한 것 외에는 불만은 없습니다. 경영진이 이 부분에 대해 조치를 취해야 합니다. 침대와 베개도 편안했습니다. 수압도 매우 강했습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

Paid for boutiqe double room but they downgrade the room without telling me during check in session. Then I call the receptionist, they told that the room had problem, but I still need to pay the same amount. For the room I rate 1 star only include the accomodation and cleanliness. It was a pleasant stay, the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. At first the room was ok, but at midnight the air cond suddenly didn't working. It was not getting colder even though we had already lower the temperature and turn it off and on again.

I do not get room the same like picture.

Was given a room next to their store/staff's room, very noisy from day till night. Chat and laugh in loud noise, walkie talkie in high volume, not helped by bad sound proof.

Bilik sangat selesa, harga berpatutan, sesuai untuk berjimat cuma 1 bilik penyaman udara tidak sejuk.

Front office staffs don't even greet guest and no smiles. Very poor welcome and same as previous visits. Front Office need to monitor this ethics very closely
