직원분들이 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요! 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 조용하고 한적한 곳에 위치해 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 전용 해변도 있어서 더욱 좋았어요💯 객실도 넓고 편안했습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!

아름다운 리조트. 쉽고 빠른 체크인/체크아웃. 깨끗한 객실. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원. 맛있는 아침 식사. 다양한 음식.

정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다만 더 오래 머물지 못한 게 아쉬웠습니다. 예약한 빌라는 넓었고, 두 방 모두와 발코니에서 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 다른 샬레들과는 조금 떨어져 있었지만, 그 점이 마음에 들었습니다. 예약 과정에서 몇 가지 문제가 있었는데, FO 직원들이 전문적이고 이해심 깊은 태도로 문제를 해결해 주었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

1) Check in staff was good and tolerance. However, check out staff very rude and don't have a good personality. Is the villa is your property the way you handle us? FYI, we check in on 6 plus PM, 2) Not worth the money, beach no good, too much rock plus no beach guard, breakfast and dinner limited choice, breakfast also has limited time. 3) Discrimination? There is two types of room preparation we heard when we arrive at hotel lobby. One is room preparation for VIP and another one is for common people like us I guess. 4) There is an insect/fly at the room ceiling (2 single bed) and toilet room. I have a picture with me if the hotel want to see it. Must understand pay around 2k per villa it must be clean well and supposedly there is no differences between VIP or common people. If you want to treat them only then only open for them nor for another guest like us. Thank you very much.

The food is not really good, not to many choice for breakfast but the location of the villa very strategic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially from buggy guys. They really helpful

Best hotel cuma paking tu xbanyak dekat bawah. Kalau makan dekat luar hati-hati kera serang nanti. Best saya nk datang lagi sini.

Staff are very polite, friendly and cooperative. Recommended place for staycation or holiday. Good place to create memories. My small family love the environment. Thanks Royale Chulan Villa for having us.

로얄 출란 체러팅 빌라. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 정말 좋았기에 자세한 설명은 생략합니다. 조식은 MCO로 제공되었지만, 객실에 조식 세트가 제공되어 선택의 폭이 제한적이었습니다. 하지만 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 사진에서 보는 것처럼 전망이 정말 아름답습니다. 제 방처럼 정말 아름다웠습니다. 으헤헤헤. 밖에 할 일은 많지 않지만, 휴식을 원하는 사람들에게는 이곳이 제격입니다. 평일과 주말은 항상 만실이라 미리 예약해야 합니다! 다시 묵고 싶습니다. 최고의 서비스를 제공해 주시는 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

Accommodation was large and comfortable for our family gateway. View in front of our villa was really nice and beautiful ocean scenery.We are very satisfied with the staff service and also with the buggy service during our stay. Villa located right by the beach(beach not crowded) and the beach was so clean. Breakfast serve as buffet but limited variety mybe due to mco.

The property overall was superb and nice. very clean sand, large swimming pool & separate kids pool and my kids really love it.. just need to improve on the buggy service , need to wait more than 15 min to pick up us. probably they can add more buggy since they are always fully booked. their breakfast for me just a normal breakfast not so WOW.

I, my wife and our little son stayed there for 2 nights. We booked the 1 bedroom villa. The room was really nice with amazing view. However, the room was located on 2nd tier from the top and it could be quite a journey to get to the swimming pool or the beach. You really need the service of buggy to get yourselves around the hotel or to carpark. At peak hour, the buggy will take 5-10 minutes to your door. The service of hotel workers around there were amazing, particularly the buggy driver (his name is Zul, if I am not mistaken). His knowledge and recommendation were very good and helpful to our overall experience there. The swimming pool is clean and properly maintained. The beach is also clean but unfortunately it’s the jellyfish season so we didn’t want to take any risk. The breakfast was reasonably good, but no worries, there are plenty of delicious eateries around the area as well as 15 minutes by driving to Kuala Kemaman. Definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends as well as family.

You will not regret if you stay here. You will forget the tiredness of taking the stairs because the view is super breathtaking. The staffs are very polite, and friendly. No need to wait for a long time for buggy. Breakfast spread is nice too, they even serve nasi dagang :) Clean room and make sure you call the hotel before you want to book a room, they will recommend which rooms are suitable for senior citizen/with baby etc. Overall my experience is solid 10/10!

5 star resort with 2 star hotel breakfast. Very limited choice of food, its just like 2 star hotel breakfast. Also got lizard waste in the room.

The hotel view was amazing. Everything was fine. But the buggy service was so slow. We had to wait 15 mins just to pick us up from the entrance to lobby. The breakfast also limited.

This hotel is perfectly for my time with my husband. However, there are few concern which I would like to drop here for better improvement : 1. Western cooking was not so tasty which need some improvement. 2. The Ocean suite air cond control system, in which 3 minutes on with sound and 2 minutes stop and it is repetitive and irritating especially during night sleep. 3. I saw a piano at the restaurant but sadly no one play, I suggest if you could hire a armature player and at the same time he/she work in the restaurant it self doing others job ( multitasking).
