쇼핑몰 바로 근처에 있어서 모든 게 좋았어요...특히 푸드 마켓을 포함해서 주변에 현지 음식점들이 많았어요. 객실은 오래된 호텔치고는 평범했어요.

저희 객실에서는 알로르 세타르 타워가 보였어요. 방이 정말 넓고 편안했어요. 인테리어는 좀 오래되었지만 모든 게 잘 관리되어 있었어요. 룸서비스로 식사했는데, 모두 맛있고 가격도 저렴했어요!

I had a pleasant stay. Room was tidy and clean. Loved their service as well. Location is strategic, a 5 mins walking distance to Aman Central Mall. Around the area also have restaurants you can explore.

Housekeeping must improve. Bekoz still have others customer items in the refrigerator when we check in. Not clearance all the items.

Toilet not clean up properly and very dirty.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. A lot of stray dogs in the area this hotel located. Scary, especialy if walking at night. The management should report this to authority. Location wise, near Aman Sentral, the bigest shopping complex in Alor Setar. The room quite big and clean. Receptionists are very polite. Will come against.

I booked the room last min, they accept my order yet they have no more the room type, hence they upgrade my order to suite but paying just the normal room rate.

Banyak semut, pintu toilet mcm nak roboh je, kne tutup kuat-kuat, sinki toilet tersumbat, panggil maintenance pon sumbat bilik.

Great and comfy. But the wifi not available in my room. Breakfast also good.
