Lokasi baik, tanpa TV, sabun cuma 1, tanpa shampoo, parkir mobil susah.

Hotelnya terletak di pusat Ubud, kurang lebih hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke Ubud's palace. Tapi tetap nyaman untuk istirahat, jauh dari keramaian. Warung makan banyak bertebaran di sekitar hotel, makanan halal (no pork) juga ada. Saya pesan 3 kamar, dapat kamar nomor 2,3 dan 4. Sayangnya kebersihan kamar mandi di kamar 3 kurang, karena ada spot hitam di lantai bawah shower. Untuk kamar nomor 4 kebersihannya bagus, tapi sayang pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup. Keramahan owner dan staff sangat baik, bahkan kami sekeluarga sempat mengobrol dengan owner. Mereka memberi kami ubi bakar yg rasanya manis sekali. Menu sarapan limited, tapi rasanya enak. Ada roti tawar dng butter dan jam, omelete, buah, kue tradisional, kopi dan teh. Pasti kami akan kembali lagi jika ke Ubud. 😊

The hotel lost power in the middle of the night. We tried to call the hotel staff on the phone but they kept rejecting our call, and the staff did not tell us where to go if there was something wrong. They need to communicate what to do if there is an emergency and the reception is closed.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
