리조트 내부에는 객실 내 식사 외에는 액티비티가 많지 않고 해변이나 바다 스포츠 활동에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 비슷한 데사루 해변을 찾는다면 적합하지 않습니다.

숙소는 매우 아름답고, 수영장은 매우 크고 아이들에게 친절합니다. 모든 직원이 고객에게 친절합니다. 방은 매우 아름답고, 편안하고, 깨끗하고, 향기롭고, 새 가구입니다. 주변 지역이 매우 깨끗하고, 물도 깨끗합니다. 낚시 및 사이클링 활동 음식 단품 요리가 풍부하고 맛있습니다 + 조식 뷔페 메뉴가 많고 맛있습니다 (신규 고객이 많을 경우 리조트에서 조식 뷔페를 제공합니다)

친절한 직원. 매우 깨끗하고 편안한 객실. 다만, 수영장이 깨끗하지 않고, 이른 아침에 발코니에 앉아 있으면 블록 근처의 연못에서 불쾌한 냄새가 나는 등 개선해야 할 점이 있습니다. 나머지는 최고의 서비스입니다. 감사하고 매우 만족합니다.

The room cleanliness was unsatisfied. There were stains on the curtains, bedsheet. Toilet was very slippery. Room floor was dusty & sticky. Was moved to another room the next day, but still was slightly dusty & stains on bedsheet. Fridge wasn't working as well. Was quite disappointed w the breakfast too. Spread wasn't as amazing as before. Wifi in block 3 was horrible as well. Although router was given, the router wasn't working most of the time. But kudos to the effort put in. The quality & service has went down too. Hopefully to see improvement!

Bilik kotor..balkoni kotor,alamri kotor dan berbau ...peti sejuk kotor terutama di bahagian tepi dinding peti sejuk. Tidur malam ketakutan sebab bunyi monyet bising berlari-lari atas bumbung .Lantai bilik melekit apabila di pijak.

in my booking it show have a breakfast meal but at the counter i'm ask about the breakfast and the reception tell me no breakfast

Nice ambiance with a great view. Room is ok even though its quite old. Staff is limited but they are committed and helpful. But need to improve on a pool condition.

I already called in advance (one day earlier) before checking in to ask for bbq price. and they said bbq can be handled on our own with no charge and sebana will not provide any apparatus for bbq. but as we checked in, they said no bbq and to have a bbq must pay rm88 per person. and all our bbq food were wasted! I have a blast one when I came to sebana last time and this is my second time and I am giving zero recommendation to come Sebana again! disappointed

Been here for 4 times already. Breakfast spread to be be improved. Housekeeping schedule need to be improved also. Other than that is ok and the resort surrounding view is superb.

All i like... Staff at restaurants all friendly but 1 of receptionist not friendly. When i check in he just silent. if we ask him, no respond. How come he can work at receptionist. But the rest ok.

A comfortable place to stay. the service is good. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. the room service food is nice and the breakfast is good. will come back here again.
