Reality lived up to the pictures, the room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. The included breakfast was great every day. Argean and the team were all very friendly and accommodating and took care of us-really lovely. The location is great for a bit of peace and quiet but still a quick walk to the beach. The only downside is that while the rooms have good soundproofing, the corridors are not soundproof. So if you end up staying at the same time as inconsiderate people who make noise early in the morning or late at night, it's going to disturb you. Without them, it was perfect.

The best place to spend a simple birthday celebration at the grandiose beach of boracay. The accommodation, service and food was all worth it for the price that we paid for. Will surely recommend to all my friends. Can't wait for the next visit!

We loved every second of our stay at Il Mare! They gave us welcome drinks and wet towels when we arrived which was very refreshing after a long travel. They had friendly staff - all smiles and greeting you at every turn. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was clean. The hotel's location was a stone's throw away from the grotto, very close to the beach. At the same time, it is just a few steps from the main road - extremely accessible to public transport but not along the main road itself so it was quiet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast too! Thank you for my sister's birthday cake and for being our home in Boracay! We will definitely book the place again when we come back. 😊

여기 리뷰마다 직원들이 얼마나 친절하고 따뜻한지 언급하는데, 솔직히 말해서, 네! 정말 그렇습니다! 객실은 깨끗하고, 침대는 단단하고, 샤워는 온수/냉수 모두 잘 나오고, 아침 식사는 기본적이지만 충분하고, 위치도 좋습니다. 하지만 제가 여기서 가장 인상 깊었던 점은 바로 친절하고 배려심 넘치며 유쾌한 직원들입니다! 저는 해변가 숙소를 선호하지만, 여기도 추천합니다!

We stay in the hotel to celebrate my bday last April 12.They don't disappoint us, everything was perfectly excellent. Our arrival with refreshing shake juice. With the excellent cleanliness of the room, with the large portion of roomservice meal order,with the amazing selection of buffet breakfast ,with their "beach towel & banig(beach mat)".And until our last day that they even gave us a sweet flying kiss,that we really appreciate and feel the hospitality that we received from our accomodation.So happy and cool staff Paul Erick and (Gemalyn not sure of the name sorry) but they are the kind of hotelier that the guests will feel the satisfaction.Great Job!

Got a corner room. Very spacious! I love their breakfast buffer! they have 4 to 5 viands to so choose from. Great service!

The room is clean. Comfortable bed, the location is near the beach (less than 100 steps). The food were great.

Staff are all friendly, polite, and hospitable. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast though is not spectacular (3 stars) but can get you full enough for the day ahead. Few minutes dusty walk to beach front due to construction of roads. Overall would stay here again but maybe after road construction.
