Very luxurious hotel in Na Jomtien. On Sukhumvit road and near Columbia water park, easy to find and convenient to travel. Quick check-in and check-out. The atmosphere looks gorgeous and very superb. The swimming pool is great and has clear water in an infinity pool style. I like to relax and love to stay in a 5-star hotel during special holidays. The breakfast is delicious and has many assortments. The service is very good with minds from every person.

Awesome view and facilities. The meeting rooms are well equipped and spacious. The room was clean, spacious and has a nice balcony overlooking the garden. Nice kids club as well, my kid really enjoyed it. The beach was clean and has easy access. The food was also great, unlike the typical bland hotel food. Finally the staffs are all well trained and speak very good english. Shout out to Maprang. Overall full marks, highly recommended.

I was downgraded from ocean view to mountain view cause from your reservation error, hotel offered spa to compensate but overall spa experience was below 5 star hotel standard. Continue with room, pocket door service panel felt off (see photo), room was not sound insulated, hearing guests above room walking until 2am. No sound insulated from window as well, hearing car racing all night could not sleep. 8am morning light leak from curtain, couldnot sleep anymore (see photo) If this count as recent operate hotel, this is worst Marriott stay ever

ตอนเช็คอิน ไม่มีพนักงานมาช่วยขนกระเป๋า welcome drink ก็ไม่เสริฟให้ จนต้องถามว่าที่นี่ไม่มีบริการเสริฟน้ำหรอถึงได้ยกออกมาให้ รู้สึกแย่กับคำว่าโรงแรม 5ดาวของที่นี่ ไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่เสียไป อาหารเช้าตัวเลือกน้อย เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมระดับเดียวกัน

ลูกๆชอบกันมากคะ ไว้จะมาอีกนะคะ

I waited for check in almost an hour.

ไปถึงโรงแรม 14:50 กว่าจะได้เข้าห้องพัก 16;30 ไม่ประทับใจเลย อาหารเช้า ไม่ดี หมดไม่เติม เข้าไปทานเวลา 9;30 น ไม่สมกับมาตรฐาน ของrenaissance เลย

ชอบมากค่ะ รร. ดี สถานที่เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนสำหรับครอบครัว ที่มีลูกเล็ก แต่ เนื่องจากผู้เข้าพักมีจำนวนมาก ทำให้ต้องรอคิวเพื่อรับประทานอาหารเช้า ค่ะ

정말 훌륭했습니다. 객실은 새것이고 깨끗했습니다. 음식은 맛있고 가격도 저렴했습니다.

There is some bad smell from toilet.
