직원분들도 친절하고 위치도 좋았어요. 10/10점.

반다르 페르다나에 위치하고 도심 외곽에 있습니다. 빠르고 친절한 체크인 서비스. 객실은 크지 않지만 커플에게 적합합니다. 가구는 꽤 오래되었지만 여전히 좋은 상태입니다. 커피용 다리미와 온수기가 제공됩니다. 호텔 주변에는 식사 장소가 쉽고 이용 가능합니다.

Clean and convenient with super market downstairs.

Banyak kedai-kedai makan, sebelah supermarket, bilik bersih staf kaunter yang mesra, bilik yang agak luas.

TV channels not according to advertising. Shower not working well. Still to pay advance RM100 even though already paid via online booking

Hotel ini berdekatan dengan pusat membeli belah servay cuma masalah parking kereta.

The rooms are not clean. You can feel the dust gathering on your feet if you walk barefoot through the room. For the price, the level of cleanliness is very disappointing.

I like very much. I will suggest this hotel with my family and friends.

Had an okay 1-night stay. The total experience was just mediocre. I'm of the opinion that the aircond needs a major service - took roughly an hour plus to cool the room. You know there's something wrong when the hotel lobby felt more comfortable than the room itself. The staff also ain't friendly during my stay. The only plus points for this hotel are the location and the breakfast selection.

Worth for the price charged to me.

Sometimes some people travel on an official and need to claim back the accommodation expenses but when we check in via online no receipt issued and it will be a problem for the officer to claim back.

As for places like Lahad Datu, a small town area, it's consider quite good already for everything (room, aircond, service, breakfast, etc.). Still, I gave a both thumbs up. Cheers. =)

Moderate decoration, service level good, breakfast is also good, limited parking space due to not owned by hotel, overall I'm satisfied with stay.
