모든 게 괜찮은데, 바깥 소음이 너무 심해요...청소하시는 분, 침대 밑 좀 청소해 주세요. 먼지가 많이 쌓여 있어요.

호텔은 괜찮은 편이에요...반다르 라하드 다투 지역에 있어서 잠자고 쉬기에 좋아요

반다르 페르다나에 위치하고 도심 외곽에 있습니다. 빠르고 친절한 체크인 서비스. 객실은 크지 않지만 커플에게 적합합니다. 가구는 꽤 오래되었지만 여전히 좋은 상태입니다. 커피용 다리미와 온수기가 제공됩니다. 호텔 주변에는 식사 장소가 쉽고 이용 가능합니다.

TV channels not according to advertising. Shower not working well. Still to pay advance RM100 even though already paid via online booking

The rooms are not clean. You can feel the dust gathering on your feet if you walk barefoot through the room. For the price, the level of cleanliness is very disappointing.

Had an okay 1-night stay. The total experience was just mediocre. I'm of the opinion that the aircond needs a major service - took roughly an hour plus to cool the room. You know there's something wrong when the hotel lobby felt more comfortable than the room itself. The staff also ain't friendly during my stay. The only plus points for this hotel are the location and the breakfast selection.

Sometimes some people travel on an official and need to claim back the accommodation expenses but when we check in via online no receipt issued and it will be a problem for the officer to claim back.
