가격 대비 만족도가 높아서 숙박할 만한 가치가 있다고 생각합니다. 대부분의 저가 호텔보다 훨씬 낫습니다.

체크인 당일 호텔 직원들은 고객 친화적이지 않았고, 투숙객에게 보증금을 받은 뒤 전체 금액을 카드로 결제했습니다.

체크인 30분 안에 머물 수 없습니다. 직원들이 불친절합니다. 층 전체가 담배 냄새로 가득합니다. 소음(객실에서 5분마다 소리가 납니다) 여기에 머물게 되면 도로 소음뿐만 아니라 다른 소리도 들어야 합니다. 침대 시트는 깨끗해 보이지만 실제로는 더럽습니다. 피부에 조심하세요.

The room, cleanliness & location was great. But the sound of air conditioner kind of loud & disturbing even I've changed to other room. Maybe all the room face the same problem. Perhaps could fixed on that issues.

1. Air cond ada air menitik 2. Tak de langsong cupboard nak hang baju 3. Plug pun tak cukup, nk masak air kena tutup suis TV. 4. At least provide la satu dressing table untuk orang nak bersiap-siap. 5. Tong sampah dalam bilik air pun tak ade 6. Tissue box pun tak ade langsong dalam bilik, at least provide yang basic keperluan lah

Hotel ok bersih cuma ciri keselamatan masih kurang, takde extra kunci pintu bilik plug point dekat bawah meja tidak berfungsi. Wifi laju, lokasi strategik.

Unfriendly staff (when late checked in). The rest looked unprofessional. The facilities are old, The location is pretty remote and challenging to reach.

The hotel has a lot of parking lot. Curry Kepala Ikan just across the street. Receptionist is very polite and helpful.

Room not properly maintain. Not worth the price.

We took the super deluxe room and the beds had bed bugs. We had very bad bed bugs bites

Strategic location. My son really loved it environment. Everything was fine. Calm place.

Fast check in and checkout. Room condition can be improve. Overall ok for short stay.

room is clean, service is good. location near to the famous food court at jalan raja uda. high recommended.

Even the room size is small, but it is super clean and comfortable for my small family (2 adults, 1 kids & 1 infants)...staff is also friendly.. Recommended for anyone who want a comfort hotel with affordable price. Thank you :)
