the expected beds and some of freebies are not serve unlike when we first booked last April is complete. and not accommodating receptionist when we check in.

Friendly staff. Very polite and helpful. I asked for an adapter for my laptop for the wall socket and was provided with no extra charge.

there was power interruption from 11pm to 6am

Over all experience is ok. However check in time supposedly is 2PM but we're able to check in by 4 PM already.. It took us too long waiting for the room to get cleaned up :(

The place is so nice and clean. Big space to relax. Plus they have a big smart tv in the unit! Just had 2 issues. I requested for an open loft upon booking but when we got there, they said that all open loft units are booked. Internet connection was terrible.

Definitely worth your money! I love the minimalist concept of the rooms especially the open loft.

They have exceeded my expectations. Superb customer service. Room is spacious and clean. Staff members were all courteous, feel like ill be staying here again soon.

We’ve been to this place for 3 times already but the last time we were here disappointed us. We booked 2BR, the master’s bedroom had 2 single beds which is unusual, the other room had 1 bed only. The restrooms were dirty, tiles have stain from previous guest I guess. There was even a fly inside the room. Checking in took an hour, and when I asked if we can do late check out to compensate for the slow process during our check in, the receptionist did not allow at first, I had to remind them that we arrived on time and waited more that an hour before we can go to our room. They even have new policy that you can only enter glass doors if you have an access card, but most of their glass doors were open, not even secured.

Comfortable room. Our dog also enjoyed our stay.

The room photos on their ads were too different from the actual. We were expecting a spacious space, but it was too small to accommodate my guest. Their wifi are extremely bad! No connection at all! It took 35 mins before a staff could attend to our needs. Their elevator are too confusing, since it is a connecting building and there were no clear instruction given. I did not enjoy the stay. Nothing so special that I recommend the place to my friends. I hope they can use this for better service and to compensate.

Our stay was really a great experience! Nice furniture and appliances.. Pool area was great too. My kids loved it

Great place for a staycation!!!

The 1-bedroom flat was beautiful and spacious, well-equipped also. The staff were very accommodating. Our only problem during our stay was the parking.

The room we booked was very nice, clean and spacious. It actually exceeded our expectation.

The place was superb! Everything you need in a staycation is available in this place. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. For improvement, I suggest that they have a better pool maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay at Cirque however what we've paid for could've included a breakfast for 2. Cirque Serviced Residences is a great place to stay at. The unit is very new as well as its furniture and appliances. We got the 1BR loft type. However I just noticed that getting to Ibiza tower is a bit challenging esp for senior citizens. First is the elevator, it's hard to remember what to press for you to get to your room. There's P, R1, R2, G1, G2 and so on. I tell you, your first ride will be a toughie but overall it was a nice place for a staycation.

두 번째 방문했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 제 강아지는 공원과 주변 산책을 즐겼습니다. 경비원, 프런트 데스크부터 관리 직원까지 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 시설도 모두 아름다웠습니다. 인테리어, 침대, 조식 등 모든 것이 아름다웠고, The Cirque에서 아주 편안한 주말을 보냈습니다.
