room was great especially the view but the staff (food and security) weren't that accommodating housecleaning staff was helpful though. food was forgettable.

very slow service at the front desk...waiters need to undergo more training on table setting of food ordered... breakfast menu needs more improvement... not worth p450/pax... very nice ambiance but something has to be done with the airconditioning or air handling unit at the big function hall... noisy aircon and slippery floor tiles... one of our doctor colleague slipped and fell to the floor...at the reception area, water drips to the floor and front desk area from the aircon units, pool area looks very cool but some restrictions has to be implemented so that guests swimming at the pool will not just go to the restaurant area dripping wet. dangerous for slipping accidents...in general, my 2 kids enjoyed their overnight stay at Oazis hotel.
