Good budget hotel except for the front door room, it wasn't closed. So all the two rooms inside can be seen by others outside, especially when we want to go to toilet inside.

I don't expect much with the price. But this is too much. The toilet door cannot close is my limit. I try to change room. But the remaining room worst then the first one. Air conditioner got algae. Don't expect much from this hotel. Price is cheap. But aristo hotel much cheaper. The room still better then this. Sorry not sorry.

The cleanliness was okay. However no electric kettle, coffee/tea, mug provided inside the room. And room cleaning service was only provided upon request.

Had the most pleasant 4 days here and the hospitality was good! Will come again here

It’s clean, very kind staff. What I don’t like is they made me wait for 40 min. before I can check in my room. But I keep myself calm and try to understand. I would give this 4/5

Booking take a long time, because cancel my booking even I already paid, room little bit smelly and noisy from another room, overall okey for the price.

Aircond rosak tidak berfungsi. Sudah minta di selenggara tapi lambat dalam tindakan. Perlu diperbaiki lagi servis.

There were cockroaches in the bedroom and the bathroom was flooded!

Positive points: Spacious room, aircond functioning well, water pressure strong, free parking Negative points: A huge carpet was placed in the room which trapped a lot of dust, hair etc. The bed is not comfortable and I think they hardly change the bed sheets.

My stay was great and I will definitely come back here again, thank you.

Overall room was clean. But there are noisy sound of traffic at night. The aircond functioning well. Unfortunately blanket just like 1 single bedsheet. So if you not turn off or slow it down you might got frozen on the bed, i ask for another blanket but not available at that time and water from air condition sometime fall on you. Just sleep with little towel on your head. Lastly u can feel bed spring on your back, a bit annoying feeling. Anyway thanks for discount.

The hotel is great and suits for budget hotel. Definitely I will book again if I go to Penampang.

room space great, clean, staff service friendly, value for money, but blanket need to upgrade
