공항과 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 친절한 직원, 상당히 저렴한 가격. 저렴한 가격에 조식 괜찮습니다. 다시 여기로 돌아올 것이다. 이곳에서 2박을 했습니다.

The room is comfy and clean, the shower and water heater were great 😍. The buffet breakfast spread is quite limited but tasty and the service at the cafe is good and friendly. I guess the hotel needs to improve on the cleanliness at the shower area and front counter reception to be more friendly and welcoming.

We are very happy staying in the hotel with a very good view to spice arena. The hotel housekeeping also answered all our. Requests on time. Thank you very much.

In summary, if you are on a budget and looking for a decent place to stay with plenty of dining options nearby, the Olive Tree Hotel is a great choice. The excellent pricing, coupled with satisfactory facilities and rooms, make it a practical option for budget-conscious travelers.

Long story short: 1. Aplikasi harus memberikan detail yang sejelas-jelasnya, jika tertulis " 3 person in room, free breakfast" apa artinya? 3 orang 3 breakfast kah atau makna lain. Tapi saya berterima kasih aplikasi menawarkan pembayaran kembali kepada saya ketika saya complaint mengapa saya hanya mendapatkan 1 breakfast + 1 orang (extra bed). Sedangkan hotel hanya memberikan solusi "silahkan complaint ke cs saja", padahal pada saat setelah saya melakukan booking saya sudah menghubungi pihak hotel dan dijawab oleh salah satu reservation agent nya bahwa "yes, I assured you that you have 3 breakfast daily", tapi baik reception dan cashier bersikukuh pada sistem, jadi apa gunanya reservation agent hotel yang meyakinkan saya tersebut?. 2. Staff reception dan cashier yang tidak teliti pada saat checkout, dimana cash deposit saya dikatakan terpakai untuk bayar extra bed, untung saja saya masih memaksa supaya mereka membaca lagi bookingan saya, kalau saya mengiyakan lumayan lah cash nya hilang begitu saja. 3. Di samping 2 masalah di atas, hotel ini bersih, tapi sayang kamar kurang kedap suara, sehingga kami bisa mendengarkan dentuman saat pintu kamar-kamar di dekat kami ditutup, sepertinya door closer nya harus disesuaikan lagi. Tinggal menyeberang ke Spice Convention.

Hotel dengan design modern, kamar bersih, tempat tidur bersih dan nyaman, kamar mandi juga so clean, sarapan enak namun ac nya kurang dingin,

Akomodasi ini terlihat sama seperti yang tertera pada gambar, luas kamar cukup, nyaman dan bersih. Semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik. Dekat dengan bandara, di luar hotel banyak resto dan cafe-cafe, staf ramah dan staf room service bekerja dengan baik. 10 hari tinggal di Penang, hotel ini yang paling kami rasa sangat baik, nyaman dan bersih. Pasti kami kembali

Nice check in staff, nice and clean room. We ordered a king but got 2 singles instead but it was comfy.

The stay is only one night: room is cleaned, breakfast is good. but no time to explore amenities: pool and gym. The check-out at reception counter must improve for better queuing

Kamar bagus dan baru, kamar mandi juga bagus. Hotel dekat dengan pantai hospital banyak makanan di sekitar hotel.

Olive Tree Hotel has always been my choice to stay over in Penang because it is very clean, comfortable, and the staffs are very kind and helpful. The hotel serves good meals and beverages in Selah Restaurant with good ambience and reasonable price. Nearby the hotel, there was 24 hour Sayid Bistro halal food that made my life easier whenever I wanted to chill out. Overall, I salute that this hotel committed so much with its policy to save the earth.
