Poor housekeeping. Only after repeated requests did they respond and did the housekeeping and that also quite late in the afternoon.

Saya sudah membayar kamar hotel lunas sebelum check in, lalu saat check in saya diminta deposite rm 150/kamar dengan alasan jika merokok dikenakan denda. Menurut saya terlalu mahal deposit tersebut yang, setau saya paling mahal rm 50/kode booking tapi ini diatasnamakan jika denda merokok padahal saya bukan perokok makanya saya pilih no smoking room jadi semua dicampur adukkan. Hotel bintang 5 sekalioun jika kita sudah bayar sewa kamarnya di awal maka tidak pernah ada minta uang deposite. Hotel ini terlalu komersial dan money oriented. Kamarnya jika tidak ada kualitas, channel TV tidak hidup padahal dia buat ada channel dan semua tamu juga mengatakan begitu, so apa gunanya dia promote sesuatu yang tidak bisa digunakan dan hal ini namanya pembodohan.

The room is not satisfy and dirty. Theres a lot of dusk. They tell us we can't change the room because they didn't have any room as we booked. We insisted to change but then they charged us extra payment rm80 for 2 nights. Bad service! Never repeat in this hotel again.
