전체 평가 및 리뷰 Biz Hotel Batu Pahat

Bed condition is not so good. Sinking down at Center. Corridor got rework on ceiling and wall. Very unpleasant. Reception is nice when we tell them we drive. Parking until we check out. Toilet bowl never clean properly.

Many dust and ceiling has water leak marks seriously.

It was OK for a overnight stay during a work trip, the bedsheet and pillow could have been cleaner.

Kami diberi salah bilik. Kami tidak diberitahu sehingga kami bertanya. Sebagai ganti diberi bilik tetapi biliknya berbau n bunyi aircond yang bising serta bilik yang diberi tidak dikemas dengan baik.

Dirty toilet and have something smell. 😞

Tidak terlalu mengecewakan la. Cuma tahap - kebersihan tandas khususnya paip getah sangat dukacita. - bilik juga berbau bila tak buka penghawa dingin. Ventilation bilik 103 tiada. Yang lain ok.

Air condition bunyi bising n pintu bilik air rosak.

Everything is well organised , but the only one thing which bother me is the small pillow ( two pieces) in my room which actually hv a really bad smell like never been wash . Really irritating since I have to breath with the smelly odor and the whole room is fully occupied with that pillow smell .

1st time visit batu pahat. naik bus. Rate Hotel cukup mahal karena tiada lift, naik tangga. Security card untuk masuk ke laluan jalan menuju room, tiada meja letak barang-barang, channel TV sedikit pilihan, aircond bunyi bising sangat macam rosak, tiada mineral water free dalam room, telpon room rusak, staf jaga 2.30pm wanita melayu bagi info salah, merugikan tamu, dia kata resto sebelah hotel isnin tutup. jadi petang sampai malam tu saya keluar cari makan jauh sikit naik grab. sekalinya 9pm saya balik ke hotel. resto itu buka. rugi saya pigi naik grab cari makan jauh-jauh 😡

Sangat berbaloi dengan harga yang murah untuk triple room.

Bilik yang luas, cuma sofa agak sederhana, tak ada lift, kena pakai tangga sahaja. Tapi staff mesra

no lift to the room at level 2. no hot drinking water at room and no mineral water but before I book a room there got mineral water at picture

Bilik selesa, cantik, cuma tandas kurang bersih dan agak smelly.

Hotelnya tidak ada lift. Tempat makan susah.

It was okay but the AC is somehow not functioning well during my stay, and the lamp in the shower was also not functioning. Room seemed to not have undergone housekeeping in a while.

It's a disgusting situation, the last year i've been a week in here, ive told d the managemant to change the bedshit already, but she just told me, they already changed it, and they said they change it everyday, and after a year later , the same situation comes again, I just told them but the seem just smile and go, my purpose said it here, its just to alert the managent, even though the is budget hotel, the services must be clean, not just new, and for the rest, its up to them to change or just let it be, for the other customer, bear in mind, the picture of the hotel is just an advertisment only..

The room was dirty especially the floor. The blanket had some stains as if it was never washed. The bathroom got mold everywhere. My first and last stay there.

The room is big, easy parking, easy access to bp town. Only the aircond is not very cold.

I do get a room without window and the receptionist (she) said that this room is intended for online booking. But this condition doesn’t mention in page either. I want to change to other room since there are not fully booked, (I think) 🤔. But she insisted to get me other room as I wish. I dislike room without window since the room will be smelly and more dust than rooms with windows as there will no sunshine directly to the room. I also dislike the bath mat because they’re using mat, not a small towel. I feel like they not changing it daily once the guest check out.
