It was a comfy room. Cafes besides the hotel. Can find bakery shop & 7E nearby. Tv Channels are good. However, the towels are smelly. I asked for new towel and the worker change it for me. The bathroom drainage system are not very satisfying though. The water from the shower didn't drain that fast and it can somehow feels like taking shower in a pool 😅 Lastly I would also suggest the hotel to improve their soundproof system, because I can hear clearly the people walking and talking from inside the room not to forget banging the store door too loud. For the comfort of the room, I give it an A.

Surely will stay again. Don't worry about food, it just around the hotel include KFC.You can reach eMart just for 5 minute walk. Very clean room,everything tip top inside the room. Except, no toiletries provided. Water heater are outside the room. No iron provided but it's okay. Hair dryer is only provided upon request. Overall, Very recommended.

This hotel staff were friendly however hotel safety or maintenance were poor. On 14th December morning 630am I was rushing out for my make up appointment ,the lobby main door(glass door) almost felt on me. Thank God my child wasn't with me. I hope this doesn't happen again in the future.

Great stay. The hotel room and toilet very clean, service also good. Easy access to foods, mart and dobby. Except no atm in the area and the parking usually packed esp during weekend. Will definitely come back if staying in Miri. Plus they got free airport transfer.

Tak jauh dari Lapangan Terbang Miri, kalau naik Grab RM7 saja. Bilik yang kami tempah amat memuaskan, tempat makan (Restoran Halal) banyak, KFC dan shopping mall.

cleanest hotel ever... the toilet also very tidy & dry floor... the staff is very helpful.. hope that could do shutter service to town...

Hotel facilities are good but environment around a bit mess.
