객실은 훌륭했지만 화장실에 샴푸가 없습니다.

3박을 했지만 하우스키핑은 안 해줬어요. 체크인하기 전에 침대시트와 이불을 갈아줄지 궁금해요. 냄새가 심하거든요. 방에 작은 바퀴벌레가 많이 있어서 해충 방제를 해주세요. 리셉션 직원들은 좀 더 전문적이어야 하고, 외모와 태도 면에서 잘 행동해야 해요. 카운터가 대부분 방치되어 있는 걸 알아챘어요. 한 가지 더, 방 문, 고쳐주세요. 금고 문을 여는 건 그보다 더 쉬워요.

The hotel condition is way below my expectation. I've stayed at various hotels within this price range but this is the worse hotel I've ever seen. Dirty bed linen is something I could not tolerate with. The sink is leaking. The "large" room title is not as large as the title. I hope the hotel management would take urgent actions on this matters. Thanks

Room is too much dust, water heater not functioning well.

Staff tak mesra. orang nak check out awal masa nak ke airport jam 5 pagi tiada orang jaga kat kaunter rupa nya tidur. bila d kejutkan dia marah customer pulak. tolong ajar staff cara beradab. terima kasih!

Unfriendly receiptionist. My request cannot be fulfill. Very bad.

I booked for a duplex room for 2 night. However, I was told that the curtain of one duplex room are not installed and are not in good condition. So the receptionist gave me another room which was 3 single bed room. I was not satisfied with the room. The TV was not working, no channel at all. Very small window for a room that big and poor cleanliness. I was checked in after 5pm and checked out 2 hours after checking in. Instead of staying for 2 nights, I only stayed for 2 hours. I want a refund for 1 night.
