Satisfactory experience over 3 days of stay. So here's what it was there. Picked this hotel as it was nearby to a relative house which was hosting a wedding over the weekend. The hotel was also visible for the main road. Selected a room that can accommodate 3 people and was given one on the ground floor with no window. Room was small as expected with barely room to lay full a prayer mat on the floor. There was no water on the second day for several hours, I can overlook that as both my kid and wife are at a wedding during the day. When queried, the person at the counter said someone closed the water access into their water storage tank which went dry. I'll just leave it at that. The walls and door are solid but I'm not sure how we can hear the other rooms TVs and other guests conversations. Not sure about the sound proofing. WiFi was acceptable for non heavy user, and most importantly we got a comfortable sleep which was what mattered most.

It was so-so only. It is clean budget hotel. It is not in muar city. The sound proofing is not that good. Overall i'm satisfy for short stay.

overall is okay. except no water in the morning to shower. until 11 am. hard for you if you have urgent in the morning

Price is affordable but the hotel is near night club. The music was very loud. It ruined my night.

객실은 매우 깨끗하고, 서비스도 좋고 직원도 친절하며, 환경과 컨디션도 좋고, 여러 유명한 그릴 생선 가게와 명소, 무아르 강과 마을 근처에 있어서 편리하고 전략적인 호텔입니다. 제가 호텔 로비에 짐을 맡길 때 호텔의 책임감에 대해 매우 자랑스러웠던 점이 하나 더 있습니다. 그들은 안전하게 우편으로 보내주었습니다. 제가 다시 무아르에 온다면 무아르 시티 호텔이 첫 번째 선택이 될 것 같습니다.

I wouldn't think of picking up this hotel if not for the price it had offered during the festive time and the fact that there had not been enough of new hotels in Muar generally. So we ended up in somewhere so outskirt, so far from Muar old town. But the hotel is easily spotted right after we crossed the bridge and some distance further before we made a left turn to a place which seems like a new site, mostly empty shop lots, but one symbolic red building stood out as we recognized it to be the hotel we had booked. Little did we realize that, after checking in the room, there was a night club right behind the building. Our worst nightmare had only just begun towards the countdown hour on the Christmas Eve. We could hear lots of noise from the vehicles and clubbers throughout the whole night. The air conditioner was right facing toward the beds, making the air in the room crisp that disrupted our sleep. I suggest that the air conditioner be relocated away from the beds in order to ensure proper circulation of the air in the room. Bedsheets, towels and other amenities are generally old with stains and uncleaned. The room is pretty limited in terms of space given that we had a deluxe triple room, there was simply not enough room to put our luggage. Overall the hotel may have looked 'fresh' from its colourful exterior, its worn-out interior is rather disappointing than what we had expected at first. This hotel would not be the best choice if you were looking to stay near the town area where most local activities are based. If however you enjoy travelling in Muar, looking to have a taste of the 'kampong' life, this hotel may perhaps be your consideration given its vicinity within the countryside which sits on the river Muar which gives you a different kind of experience!

Well maintained. Fixed phone will be very useful because the steps are too steep for customers to ascend for the purpose of making a minor enquiry at counter.I do hope customers above 60 be given priority to stay at ground floor.
