We were told air-con could be turned on after 6 pm and later when I complained they had to turned it on. If you have enter before or after the cafes business hours you can only enter from the tiny gate next to the cafe and the lock was so stiff. It's very noisy all day and night so not recommended for light sleepers. No TV in the room or anywhere else in the property. No free drinking water and no hot water for showering. It said breakfast is included and what we got was a croissant and a glass of orange juice which can be served after 8.30 am only.
