Bilik sangat tidak selesa, banyak serangga lipas & nyamuk. Keadaan katil yang sangat tidak selesa, tilam yang rosak spring. Aircornd kotor tidak diselenggara.

What a bad experience. This hotel seems to be the right hotel for transit travelers because they put name airport hotel. If you need flight early in the morning this hotel is nightmare. Difficult to find taxi and can't pay grab with cash. They even can't do anything to help they own guest to reach airport. So me and my family have to walk to airport 2 km from this hotel. Alhamdulillah in the middle of the street very good man help us and give us transfer to airport with his own car.

It is a good place to stay, nice staff, the room so cleans.

The room was great for a layover, quite cheap, and clean. The food stall also can easily found nearby, next to the gas station, including McDonald.

Very dirty, no security, very dark area, smelly, a lot of foreigner (bangladeshi, myanmar) surround.

Actually I request window room but its OK. No wifi and don't have tissue paper. Disappointed😟

Room aircond and shower heater working fine. No sleeper provided so is very unhygienic to walk bare footed in the room. Color bedsheet and pillow case is not cleaned, can see hair on it. Have the cleaner change everything on the bed except the mattress to white color. Cleaner is very cooperative.

HI.. hotel is clean. Aircon, toilet, bedsheets are all fine. Yes, the reception is a bit cold. They do not even nod or acknowledge your presence. Nice Malay restaurant beside the hotel and a mamak shop nearby. Food and drinks easily available.

All okie. Clean and neatly. I sure come again.

The staff so unfriendly and the facilities such as TV is horrible.

semua ok la tapi orang kaunter (lady)bila saya checkout tadi saya bg kunci...then dia tanya mana remote tv n aircond,,sy kata kat bilik...then dia suru saya g ambik balik....what do u think guys??!!i dah la bwk barang masa tu...dia suru g bilik semula ambk remote??!!boleh ke mcm tu dengan tetamu??
