주차 안내원들은 매우 세심하고 친절했으며 고객들을 배려하는 태도를 보였습니다.

2026년 2월 중순, 방콕 솔리테어 호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔 직원들은 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 제가 요청한 사항들은 모두 원활하게 처리해 주셨습니다. 게다가 작은 객실 업그레이드까지 해주셔서 더욱 좋았습니다. 객실은 넓었고, 침대와 침구는 정말 편안했습니다. 샤워할 때는 따뜻한 물이 잘 나왔고, 에어컨은 아주 시원했습니다. 바와르치 레스토랑에서 룸서비스로 주문한 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 수영장과 풀사이드 바도 정말 좋았지만, 창 생맥주가 나오는 데 문제가 있어서 아래층 라운지에서 맛있는 칵테일을 마셨습니다. 호텔 바로 근처에 세븐일레븐이 두 곳이나 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 BTS 역까지는 걸어서 10~12분 정도 걸리지만, 호텔에서 두 역 모두 셔틀 서비스를 제공합니다. 전반적으로 솔리테어 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 만족스러웠고, 다음에 방콕에 오게 되면 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

시설은 괜찮지만 음식 종류가 다양하지 않습니다. 위치는 프라투남역과 BTS역에서 멀지만 GMMTV는 가깝습니다. 서비스는 친절하고 고급스러운 느낌입니다.

호텔이 매우 깨끗하고 모든 곳과 가깝습니다. 침대도 편안하고 직원들도 친절하며 가격도 좋습니다.

가격 대비 가치가 없어요… 위치는 좋았지만… 로비에서 몇 블록 떨어진 신축 건물에 방을 줬어요.

전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 위치는 꽤 전략적입니다(7eleven 근처). BTS 역과도 비교적 가깝습니다. 다만, 성수기/성수기 시간대에 방문했기 때문에 체크인 과정이 매우 느렸습니다. 로비 주변에 줄이 서 있었고 사람들이 기다리고 있었습니다. 또한, 첫날 밤에는 샤워 캡을 제공하지 않았고 다른 밤에는 샤워 캡을 리필하지 않았기 때문에 편의 시설이 좀 더 관대했으면 좋겠습니다.

여행하기 좋은 곳이에요. 인테리어도 예쁘고 서비스도 빠르고요. 내일 다시 방문할게요.

욕실이 젖어서 물이 제대로 빠지지 않아요. 방이 오래되었습니다.

We stayed from September 14-17, and our experience is awesome. We were accommodated at once despite arriving too early for the check-in time. The staff were all nice. Mr. A at the concierge is helpful in showing us through the map how to get to one place. The breakfast is good, we enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Bed is super soft. We love it. Breakfast can be better not much choice and not tasty. Swimming pool is OK but not enough chairs. Location is perfect. There are a lot restaurants and bar.

the hotel was very good. take a ride of boat from behind river of solitaire to central world to avoid traffic jam, save time and a good experience. door staff are very friendly in the hotel during our stayed. Love the cleanliness of the room.

เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ฟร้อนท์แก้ไขปัญหาได้ไม่ดี แสดงสีหน้าไม่พอใจ จอง3คนและแจ้งขอเตียงเดี่ยวไว้3แต่จะขอเก็บเงินค่าเตียงเสริมเพิ่ม ในขณะที่จนท อีกท่านจัดการให้บุ้คกิ้งที่เหมือนกันได้อย่างเรียบร้อย และไม่ต้องชำระเพิ่ม

1. I booked Grand Deluxe - 2 rooms - 5 nights straight, and as you can see, it’s not the same with what posted - where is the view they posted on the app? They have different towers, and for 5 days with Grand Deluxe so-called - the second most expensive room, I stayed in the furthest tower, it took a while to walk to the ground hall. Small elevator and smelly hall in my floor. 2. They asked me to deposite for mini-bar - in which 1 room = 163USD. 2 rooms = 326USD TOTAL. Like I paid 1 day 100usd/room and now they ask me to deposit 163usd for minibars? How expensive their mini-bars can be? They didn’t even state this rate on the app. I asked them to deposite 100 SGD and 2 million VND = almost 100USD - they only accept 100SGD :) After discussing - we are like 4 persons but on business trip so didn’t bring that much of cash, they said normally they charge 163USD, but for my case - they discount, accepted the deposite 100SGD for 2 rooms - but must remove the mini-bar in both rooms. So what’s the deposite about again? Like your deposit can be flexible? Based on what factor? Gender? Nationalities? 3. I fell off on the street so I went back to hotel to clean by thigh with their towel. I folded (not even nicely fold, like halfway fold only) and left on the sink. And ya, as you can see they didn’t change your towel, they only unfold it and set it in place :) I’m really doubt about my bed sheets and other stuffs. 4. Their water supplies are shared among rooms, even hot water. I got minor burn on my shoulder while having shower, cause the water was suddenly extremely hot - I guess there was a guy just join in the shower game :) - then got back to my desired temperature after a few seconds. It happened for 5 days I stay there, so ya, sure that will happen to you all. 5. The food quality is so so - edible I would say. Not many options at all. I saw the same cake, meat, noodles, vegie in 5 days straight :) Other than all of annoying stuff above, the staffs are friendly and helpful, nice drink at the grand hall. Hope online agent may see this and have serious action. Or else, if you are ok with all points above, this is a good place to stay :)
