전체 평가 및 리뷰 Casa Bonita Hotel

와이파이 빼고는 다 괜찮았는데 최악이고 아침 식사도 다양하지 않아요.

중심지에서 멀리 떨어져 있고 비교적 빈 지역입니다. 하지만 방은 넓고 깨끗해요.

라마단 뷔페에 저렴한 가격으로 맛있는 음식

저희는 사바 출신이고 여기에 머물고 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 도시까지의 거리는 15분입니다. 청결 수준이 매우 만족스럽기 때문에 어린 자녀를 둔 가족에게 적합합니다.

방은 넓고 편안합니다. 벽에 바다 전망 스티커가 붙어 있지만 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 편안합니다.

호텔은 반다 힐리르(Banda Hilir)에서 불과 4km, 클레방 해변(Klebang Beach)에서 1km 미만, 여기에 머무는 사람들을 위한 충분한 주차 공간, 꽤 넓은 객실, 호텔 바로 앞에 다양한 메뉴가 있는 아침 식사 가판대가 있습니다.

이 호텔에 만족합니다. 음식이 아주 좋았습니다.

제가 말라카에 갈 때마다 이 곳에서 묵었습니다. 그리고 다시 갈 것입니다.

고객 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 주변 환경이 좋습니다.

Casa Bonita Hotel은 멜라카의 최고를 문앞까지 가져다주는 작은 호텔입니다. 넓고 현대적인 객실에는 칫솔, 샤워, 비누, 샴푸와 같은 기본적인 편의 시설이 갖춰져 있습니다. 호텔은 유명한 Keria Antarabangsa 노점 옆에 위치하고 있으며, 근처에 아침 식사를 위한 여러 개의 코피티암이 있습니다. 전반적으로 멜라카를 탐험하는 동안 머물기에 편안한 곳입니다.

추천! 저렴! 근처 식당!

Air conditioner is hot & Leaking water, like raining, bedsheets, comforter is dirty & smelly, towel is dirty & smelly, toilet very dirty, restaurant breakfast the food is cooling, so little choices, basic like fried egg also doesn't have, toast machine out of function, everything is bad, really bad experience.

3 Star hotel, what do you expect? 😅 but still, happy with the hotel although there 's few things need to be improved 👍🏻.

This hotel use to be one of the “good hotel in Malacca”. Good and beautiful building and car park. But, unfortunately, because of Covid 19. Everything turn up side dawn. Let hope hotel management could “do something” to pull everything back to the Glory Period specially put some more “GLASS/cup and etc” into the room like other same class hotel have to have. We'll love to visit malaysia again “IF” Malaysia Government “allow thailand plate vehicle fill” 95 and 97 as same as Malaysia Plate valued.

So bad, maintenance not good

The air conditioner in room was leaking and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. I think the hotel maintenance have to check the room first before the customer want to check-in. One more, about the breakfast. I want to suggest to the hotel management to provide the cereal section for kids like other hotels. Kids really love to eat cereal early in the morning than heavy meals.

Hotel nya bagus dan besar pasti nya sangat nyaman 🥰.

First when reach hotel the entrance is quite nice the decor of the front desk also nice but when go into the room, the nightmare is starting. The electric box there just open like this if there is a leaking water how it will be. The water tap at the bathroom is without hander I thought is using sensor but in the end is just spoil water tap . Ther worst things is on 19th 4.25 am the fire alarm ring for about 10 minutes continues all of the guest think there is fire incident happen when I try to call front desk no one answer, I try call few times and I am using my phone to call no one pick up too. I bring my kids and my mom my aunty go down using stairs from 7 floor the most funny parts is the emergency stairs in ground floor is been locked. Then we walk back again to room then the neighbors guest inform he just check with the staff is maintenance issue. There is no staff came to apologize for this incident happen and no call from front desk and inform what is going on. The next day straight me and my family ask to check out and refund for the 2nd day. When I ask the senior staff I said did you know yesterday midnight the fire alarm ring, the staff answer yes he know. I said I believe it should be have night staff on duty right and he answer yes have staff and I ask why the hotel no apologize or at least do announcements to inform it just a maintenance issue. And I say I want refund for 1 day and he check with the boss but still no received any apology from the management. I know is the cheap rate and 3 star hotel but at least safety and be more professional.

Dari luar hotel nampak cantik dan menarik, tetapi dalam perlu penambah baikan sebab sedikit kotor, mangkuk tandas tidak dicuci bersih, tiada tirai antara tandas dengan shower. Hotel ni berdepan dengan tempat breakfast yang viral di Melaka iaitu Warung Hajjah Robiah. Senang nak breakfast tak payah pergi jauh-jauh sebab hotel pun tak sediakan breakfast.

Bed: Single + Super Single. Awesome! Room space: Spacious. Toilet: Bit smelly, but its OK. No basic toiletries. TV: Well function. Air conditioner: Manual thermostat air conditioner
