우리가 싫어했던 한 가지는 우리가 요청하지 않았는데도 그들이 우리 방에 모닝콜을 요청했다는 것입니다. 그들은 우리가 이른 항공편을 타고 있다고 생각했습니다. 얼마나 비효율적인지, 우리는 전화에 방해를 받았고 그 때문에 일찍 일어났습니다. 우리 아기도 깨어나서 다시 잠들 기회가 없었습니다. 이 사건이 일어나기 하루 전에 그들은 마사지를 위해 치료사를 보냈고, 또한 우리는 요청하지 않았습니다. 이것은 객실 번호에 오류가 있어서 그 서비스를 요청했기 때문일 수 있지만, 얼마나 비효율적인지 보세요. 특히 잘못된 모닝콜로 인해 잠을 방해받았습니다. 😒.

I have a great time staying in this hotel, staff are accomodating, the place was great and the breakfast was buffet and delicious, I will surely come back. Thank you so much.

The free breakfast buffet is amazing. A lot of options. The internet inside the rooms s**** tho.

The staffs are friendly and very polite, however the room is not clean, it smells like it was vacant for a week and no one ever check it before giving to someone, the bed linens are dirty and stained, balcony are very dirty. Phones are not working. Was expecting more since its little bit pricey than other 3 star hotel. I did pay for breakfast since I didn't have a choice so I was hoping to request for at least a sandwich to bring with us in airport since we had very early flight but they told us directly that it was not possible as breakfast starts at 6am and we had to leave at 5am.

Highly recommended. Very nice hotel that is near the PP airport. Well mannered hotel staff. The food tastes great too.

Worth every cent spent. We'll be back for sure.

Thank you Costa Palawan for going an extra mile. We had an early flight and they arranged for a complimentary van service to the airport, on top of that they agreed to serve our free breakfast during dinner time due to the early flight. Kudos to your friendly and helpful staff. 👍

nice clean and tidy room good service about food breakfast was good but dinner not tasty we have ordered value meal chicken bbq and grilled tuna chicken was over cooked and and grilled tuna was not hot.

Perfect place for family bonding. Room is homey and spacious. Views are truly relaxing.
