First, I want to compliment our buttler pak hendra for giving good service. He was punctual, responsive, courteous and gave us good services during our stay. Second, the food in the restaurant is delicious and quality. We requested balinese suckling pork dish and your team arranged to buy from local restaurant and reheated and presented to us well, clean and delicious. However, we have complaints about our stay. First the room which we were first located was hot because the air con was not working properly. We then had to move to other room and brought all of our belonging after few hours waiting inside our room. This was troublesome for us. The air con in the new room works properly. All rooms should be in the good cool standard. Second, the air con in the gym are not cool for the 2 days I visited. The water bottled were not present on second day we visited and door was lock when I visit at 8am. Moreover, there are no window to allow fresh air circulation. During this covid time I believe guest will appreciate open air gym or at least fresh air circulation. Third, some of the staffs did not wear mask properly or half covered only mouth area and not noise as instructed by our government. Most of gardener and the chef which I remember. I think this is very basic and important matter as your hotel should give protection to the guest to feel secure and safe and this rule is mandatory by government. I would like to know what will your hotel act and improve to address those issues as we plan to visit bali again soon and re think whether to stay in your hotel again or not. Thank you
