호텔 직원들은 친절하고 체크인 절차도 빠릅니다.

우붓에서 2박을 했는데, 아이들이 놀기에 좋은 수영장 바로 앞 객실은 정말 좋았어요. 하지만 방이 좀 습했는데, 아마 에어컨이 차가워서 그런 것 같아요. 매트리스도 오래돼서 스프링이 불편하고 가운데 부분이 푹 꺼졌어요. 조식은 양이 좀 적고 푸짐하다는 느낌이 들지 않았어요.

전반적으로 이 호텔은 머물기에 편안했지만, 제가 묵는 동안 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 요가 매트가 더러웠고(직원들은 상황을 처리하는 데 공감을 보이지 않았습니다) 제 생각에는 아침 식사에 나온 진흙 케이크가 너무 딱딱했습니다.

훌륭한 시설을 갖춘 아름다운 호텔입니다. 모든 직원이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 전망도 좋았습니다. 이 훌륭한 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 있습니다. 정말 감사합니다.

웨스틴의 표준적인 숙박 시설은 좋았습니다. 다만 맨 마지막 방을 배정받았는데, 수영장이나 로비까지 너무 멀어서 이 지역에 대한 추가 혜택이 필요할 것 같습니다.

가족과 함께 이 호텔을 정말 좋아했습니다. "녜피" 기간 동안 정말 평화로운 시간을 보냈습니다. 개선이 필요한 부분은 헤어드라이어뿐입니다. 업그레이드가 필요합니다.

엘리먼트에 2박하면, 몽키 포레스트와 우붓 시장까지 왕복 셔틀이 제공됩니다. 각 객실에는 발코니가 있어 매우 편안합니다. 시도해 볼 만한 가치가 있습니다.

호텔 직원은 근무 관리자에 이르기까지 매우 친절합니다. 방을 옮겨달라고 했더니 엄청 빨랐어요. 매우 도움이 되는 종류

스파 서비스는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 마사지와 얼굴 콤보가 최고였습니다.

One of the best hotels in Ubud with delicious and varied food. The lift/elevator is located on the front near the lobby, so if you stay in the room which is located at the rear end of the hotel building, it would be a little bit far to get to the lobby or parking area.

Sangat menyenangkan dan mengesankan, semua staf ramah dan berusaha membuat saya dan keluarga merasa nyaman. Restoran dan kolam renang juga bagus.

The staffs were so helpful and friendly. My baggage was delayed on the day that I checked in but the staffs, especially Ms. Maika was so friendly and gave my 2 kids soft toys. Really made their day. Ms. Cyntia was also helpful in helping me to make many phone calls to the Singapore Airlines staffs with regards to my baggages. Mr. Rai was also friendly and helpful he helped us book taxi ride and recommended to us some nice places to go in Ubud. We love staying at Element.

Room is good, unfortunately my room has a problem when I checked in. I can't re-enter due to the lock system was having problem and took hours, they transferred me to other room, but there was a whole in the ceiling, and problem with the shower. And it tooks 90 minutes the staff came to fix it. Restaurant menu is not a lot of variety, the taste is inconsistent, sometimes delicious sometimes not. Few of the staff, has a good service attitude the front desk who handle me checked in and also erick the one who handled my luggage, he has good in service attitude.

What I love: yang besar, free breakfast dan dinner, lokasi yang oke, suasanya yang homey terasa setiap sore ketika banyak orang kumpul di pool area untuk berenang, berjemur, main bulutangkis, tenis meja dan panahan.

Hi Element hotel team, you did a very good job to make our stay enjoyable! Clean and very friendly, even if there was a problem the team dealt with it very quickly and made sure we were OK. Not a problem anymore for us. Highly recommended! The location is also very close to several shops and restaurants.

Hotel is perfect for honeymoon and especially their bed is the best ever! Sadly we're only stay for 2 days and on a rainy season (cannot explore ubud more) but will do come back again for sure.
