We booked 2 beds in a room but when we checked in they give us single bed.

The hotel is at the heart of the city proper. It is near Roberto 's and other famous streets like Calle Real and Inzart. The rooms were clean and the plated breakfast were good. It was kind of far from Mandurriao so you have plan accordingly if you will stay here. All in all, it was a great stay and good value for your money.

Accommodating staffs & cozy rooms ❤

The hotel is neat and very accommodating. All staffs are friendly. I just have a minor recommendation on there restaurant, I already handed my suggestions and recommendation on them and hopefully they address the issue.

Good customer service. Room is good for the price its just that we noticed some insects roaming around and no bidet. But overall the room is good.

The room was clean, neat and tidy upon entering the my Room. I love the ambiance, the interior and the staffs. They are very friendly and if you need anything they are quick to provide. There food was good but only few choices were available during breakfast, was little sad though. Also, kinda disappointed since during my stay there were 3 German Cockroaches showed up. 1 at the bathroom , 2 at there mini bar. Anyways, didn't bother me that much. Overall, very nice experience for staycation and love it during my stay.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff member are all professionals and approachable. Everyone is smiling and accommodating, they even drop us to the port and its for free. I love their bathroom design and details. The breakfast was good, though the staff in restaurant in our breakfast time was a bit slow and they served wrong orders to us first. Their pool area is also nice; they have space for sitting, good time to spend beside the pool. Location is good. I will book same hotel next time when I visit again Iloilo.

We loved that it is centrally located, walking distance to the city’s cultural sights. The hotel building itself tries to blend with surrounding historic architecture and is beautifully lit at night. Staff were very accommodating, our late check-in went quickly as well as our checkout. Room was great, airconditioner worked well, bed very comfortable. The only disappointment was the tiny high window that gave no views. The glass-walled bathroom was a unique (& naughty) touch. Plated breakfast with limited choice of set meals, not buffet, though as expected in a modestly sized boutique hotel. The indoor pool was nice but small especially since they allow day users in. Best of all we got it for a bargain in app. Highly recommended.

Customer Service is really great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, beddings are clean and smell great, the shower is truly great, toilet clean and comfy. The food at their resto is great, taste good and clean. Haven’t use their pool but looks great too. This is the perfect place to stay, worth your budget. Cheap yet great. Good job!

Excellent service. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. We have free breakfast however, we have to leave early and they offered a packed breakfast. They are very approachable. Highly recommended hotel in Iloilo.

A perfect 10 for me! They got everything you need. Rooms and amenities were unexpected (u get more than what you pay for). The staff were very accommodating (which is very important). The internet connection was fast. Comfy and very enticing interior design (esp the lobby). Everything’s just very clean! The pool area was very clean and relaxing. Everything’s just working well. I’d say it’s well-managed. recommend this place!
