직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 호텔 분위기도 좋았습니다.

친절한 직원들 덕분에 호텔 숙박은 즐거웠습니다. 조식도 좋았습니다. 다만, 공간이 부족해서 연회장에서 식사를 해야 할 때가 있었습니다. 헬스장, 스팀룸, 사우나, 수영장 등 편의시설은 최고였습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 쇼핑몰과 매우 가깝다는 것입니다.

직원들이 정말 친절하고 모든 게 완벽해요. 두 번째 방문인데도 여전히 같은 분위기가 느껴져요. 정말 제2의 고향 같은 느낌이 들어요.

우리는 아버지의 날을 미리 축하했습니다. 우리는 객실과 음식을 즐겼습니다.

I had a pleasant stay here, the service was great and hotel is real clean!

A 5 star hotel that is affordable and accessible. Everything is awesome. The food. The ambiance is relaxing. You can experience the city life but at the same time relaxing! Till my next stay!

I booked for someone else. They waited for hours in the hotel lobby waiting for the hotel to look for their confirmed booking. After hours of waiting, the hotel did not find my booking and they just opted to leave the hotel. They came from a long journey and with them is a one-year-old child so rest is much needed that day. They came back later that afternoon after I myself called the app customer service. They gave me the hotel confirmation number so I call the Seda hotel. After almost 10 minutes of waiting on the phone, the staff finally found and confirmed the booking. It's such a hassle that the hotel, for which we paid expensively, could deny guests because of their system glitch or something for which customers are not at fault.

Toilet bowl is broken. Also closing/opening the door was very challenging.

세다에서의 숙박은 정말 즐거웠습니다. 아이들은 수영장에서 정말 신나게 놀았습니다. 객실은 4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓었습니다. 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 전반적인 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 친구들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

1.) Aircon was warm 2.) No Bedit 3.) Bed cover has bed bugs

Not worth the money. Was given a wrong bed and they can't handle it with just a phone call. They will ask you to go back at the front desk again. Got really disappointed with that knowing that it is a 5 star hotel. Unlike other hotels, which is even a 3 star but can handle that kind of change. and the room, nothing expectacular or extravagant.

We requested for a connecting room and it was granted. They are flexible enough to meet our requests and give us a comfortable stay as much as possible. One of the greatest Hotel here in QC.

The toilet has no bidet, their customer service is not helpful, they ask charge/fees for the smallest things, even toiletries! would never want to stay here again

Cr smelled like cigarette. You can hear other people easily. May it be from the outside or from the room beside us. The only good thing in our stay was the bread pudding.

Facility, food, club lounge all okay. But personnel was dishonest. It was clear in our voucher that we booked a Club Room, but they had a mix up with the room assignments. Instead of correcting their mistake, they just made us believe that what we were given was a Club Room when in fact it was only Deluxe. Emailed them after our stay and the Front Desk Manager called to apologize but damage was done. Thinking twice if we will come back again!
