The receptionist is not accommodating when we arrived very late because we are from a 12am flight. It would be better if they show gladness and sympathy for a late comer and tired guests. In addition, the place is unsafe because they don't have security guard in the entrance area and security lock in the room. I think that it should be a must for a hotel to consider the safety of their customers. Moreover, they don't give free toothbrush and toothpaste to the guest which most of the hotels do. Lastly, they have television but not functional. Hoping and praying that these comments and suggestions will give insights to the management for the improvement of the hotel. God bless.
