전체 평가 및 리뷰 Southouse Residence

멀리 떨어져 있을 때 제 집처럼 편안합니다... 필요한 곳은 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 따뜻한 환대와 서비스 덕분에 마치 집에 있는 것 같은 기분이 들었습니다. 사우스하우스는 앞으로도 계속 이용할 겁니다. 인도네시아 음식과 식당, 대사관 등 다양한 편의시설이 주변에 있어 편리합니다. 자카르타 남부의 전략적 위치에 자리 잡고 있어 숙박하기 좋습니다.

좋은 숙소입니다. 자카르타 중심부와 가깝습니다. 아늑하고 기본적인 편의시설이 완벽합니다. 가성비도 좋습니다. 찾기도 어렵지 않습니다. 주차 공간이 조금 부족하지만, 그래도 주차할 곳은 있습니다. 밤에 음식을 찾는 것도 어렵지 않고, 미니마켓도 가깝습니다. 객실 내에 식기류와 대형 냉장고가 있어서 미니마켓에서 음료를 가져와서 시원하게 보관할 수 있습니다.

객실은 확실히 같은 가격대의 다른 호텔들에 비해 넓습니다. 디자인, 가구, 청결함이 훌륭합니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 리셉션 직원은 매우 친절했고, 지나갈 때마다 미소를 지으며, 문제가 있으면 즉시 해결해 주었고, 좋았습니다. 감사해요.

Ac kurang dingin dan berisik sepanjang malam, dan kaca kamar mandi agak kurang bersih. Overall tempatnya bersih dan bagus.

I can say, I didn't enjoy staying in the hotel. The AC was broken, resulting to the hot conditioned room. I already escalated it to the staffs, but they couldn't be much helpful. It feels like they didn't do any maintenance at all to the rooms there. I checked out early in the night and moved to another hotel cause I was very not comfortable with that condition.

The executive room although was spacious 42m2, has microwave in the room too, and clean but it didn't soundproof so you can hear people slam the door many times. The receptionist staff not too friendly, awful, she likes seating on the couch for guest with her foot on the couch instead of seating behind the reception desk. The Security staff was even better, friendly, helpful carrying my luggage to the receptionist. With the price only Rp 650k/night for 42 m2 room, I can't complain much.

Tempatnya recommended banget. Nyaman bersih dan lokasi strategis abis. Hanya 1 aja sih minusnya. AC kurang dingin.

check in process was very fast.. the receptionist also very humble. the room condition is clean &neat plus the AC is very cold. beside we only stay at the hotel, this place is very easy to find by gofood driver so very good.. and the hotel provide mini kitchen include the kitchenware if you'd like to eat inside your room (unless we were running out of spoon).

여기 묵는 데는 손해가 없고, 가격도 저렴하고, 객실도 넓어요. 게다가 발코니에서 도시 전망을 감상할 수 있고, 리셉션 직원도 친절하고, 모든 직원이 친절해서 체크인 절차가 전혀 복잡하지 않았습니다. 저는 여기서 영원히 스테이케이션을 할 거예요 :)

The room is very big and clean, the service was great. Superb!

Great room, clean and spacious and has some basic amenities. The bathroom was clean also, although I didn’t like the lighting, it was too dark. The location is perfect, nearby many embassies and shopping malls.
