전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel DreamWorld Las Pinas

1. 호텔은 신분증을 제시하지 않으면 객실 키를 주지 않습니다. 체크인 지침에도 명시되어 있지 않습니다. 2. 객실 안에서 바퀴벌레 두 마리가 돌아다니는 것을 보았습니다. 3. 프런트 데스크 직원과 주방 직원의 대응이 일치하지 않습니다. 음식을 두 번 주문했습니다. 처음에는 프런트 데스크에 1,000원을 잔돈으로 달라고 요청했습니다. 그래서 배달 후에 직원이 알아서 해줄 거라고 생각했습니다. 그런데 직원이 계산서 금액이 적은지, 잔돈을 찾아야 하는지 물었습니다. 두 번째 주문에서는 체크아웃 시 음식값을 지불할 수 있는지 물었고 프런트 데스크는 그렇다고 했습니다. 그런데 직원은 배달 시에 지불하라고 하면서 제가 직접 지불해야 한다고 했습니다. 저는 이미 프런트 데스크에 체크아웃 시 지불하겠다고 말했지만 직원은 다른 방법을 고집했습니다. 4. 내부 의자가 더럽습니다. 5. 74호실 정문에 구멍이 있어서 (구멍을 말하는 게 아닙니다) 사람들이 밖에서 들여다볼 수 있습니다. 6. TV 리모컨은 요청하지 않으면 주지 않습니다. 7. 이 시설은 호텔이 아닙니다. 모텔입니다.

체크인 과정은 쉬웠고, 방은 한 번도 청소되지 않았으며, 머무는 동안 시트와 수건은 한 번도 교체되지 않았으며, 체크아웃할 때 시트에 얼룩이 있었기 때문에 매우 비싼 1박 추가 요금이 부과되었습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절했지만 방에도 바퀴벌레가 많이 있었습니다.

Good for short stay fun not good for days.

The staff were unaware of what 's happening, not organized, no system in placed, and no proper coordination.

It was peace and pretty good.

This hotel is perfect for friends and lovers! Makakarelax k tlga and di na problema ang parking. Ang babait and very accomodating mga stuff! Sarap ng food! Kudos!

정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 가족과 함께 평화롭고 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 정말 좋은 시간이었습니다. 독특한 인테리어 디자인과 깨끗한 객실, 그리고 객실 분위기가 정말 마음에 듭니다. 음식도 맛있고 따뜻하게 제공됩니다. 욕실 히터가 잘 작동해서 거품 목욕도 즐거웠습니다. 다시 운전해서 가고 싶어요. 감사합니다!

🏫 Staycation experience at Hotel DreamWorld Las Piñas 🏫. For an affordable price, pwede ka na magrelax! Leave all the stress and let's unwind! 🍃.✔️ Very accessible. Near sm southmall for Las Piñas Branch or MRT for Cubao and North Edsa Branch.✔️ The rooms are clean and neat. They make sure everything is clean before the guest arrives.✔️ They have hair blowers and a water heater in every bathroom/shower room.✔️ The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. If you need help with anything, you can just approach them or dial the person at the front desk.✔️ Provides complimentary breakfast for two.✔️ They also have free WiFi to stay connected with family and friends.✔️ Each rooms are provided with personal care kit with towel and blanket.🤙🏻 There are 5 different types of room at the Las Pinas Branch. It includes Premium Room, Mini Suite Room, Executive Suite, Mega Suite Room and Penthouse.

Our stay here was great! Except that the staff accommodated 3 more guests before us (we're earlier). But the food is great! The room was surprisingly big and clean enough. The WiFi was fast! We were able to attend our zoom meetings. 7.5/10 🙌🏻

The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious, too! Surely will stay again soon.

the place was ok. the room however was a mess. the bedsheets had stains on them the blanket looked like its never been washed before due to its blackish color, the mini ref still had dirty water that defrosted from previous stays i'm assuming. and when we asked for the sheets to be replaced, they simply gave us new ones and we were the oneswho replaced the sheets. needs massive improvements on all aspects
