두 번째 방문인데 분위기가 정말 좋아요. 꼭 다시 갈 거예요. 강력 추천합니다!

모든 게 다 좋았어요. 다만 위치가 좀 아쉬웠어요. 호텔 주변에는 아무것도 없었어요.

객실 공간이 정말 마음에 들고, 호텔 분위기도 정말 좋아요. 알릴라 최고예요.

전반적으로 매우 좋았습니다. 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 가격 대비 가치가 있었습니다.

위치는 LRT와 매우 가깝고 역과 바로 연결되는 횡단교가 있어서 여행을 하고 싶다면 매우 가깝고 편안합니다. 리틀 인디아 바로 뒤에 위치해 있어서 음식을 파는 사람들이 많이 있습니다. 객실은 매우 넓고 무료로 매트리스로 사용할 수 있는 소파가 있으니 요청하시면 됩니다. 그래서 한 방에 4명이 편안하게 잘 수 있어요. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 심지어 이포에서 겐팅까지 차량이 필요할 때에도(도시 외부에 있었기 때문에 책임 범위를 벗어남) 차량 예약을 도와주었습니다. 단지 체크인과 체크아웃 시 서비스가 꽤 길다는 점이에요. 아침 식사는 우리 입맛에 맞지 않았고, 각 층에 하루 종일 스낵과 음료 바가 있어 맛있고 방에서 간식을 먹기에 적합했습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔에 머무르는 것은 매우 즐거운 경험입니다. 다음 번 KL 여행을 추천하고 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.

적극 추천하는 호텔! 가족 여행, 커플 여행, 단독 여행 등 어떤 여행이든 주저하지 말고 이 호텔에 객실을 예약하세요. 객실은 매우 편안합니다. 좋은 환대. 매우 친절한 팀과 함께하는 매우 좋은 서비스. 청결함, 매우 깨끗함! 위치는 매우 괜찮습니다. KL센트럴과 가깝습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 것은 이 호텔은 매우 차분한 분위기를 가지고 있다는 것입니다. 관광객으로 붐비지 않습니다(사람이 많고 시끄럽거나 시끄러운 호텔을 좋아하지 않습니다).

Hotelmya bagus. Kurangnya hanya lift tidak langsung ke lantai dasar.

Over all we enjoy to stay here, d room s comfy, wide space, the breakfast md s not all you can eat. But choice the several menu like petaling street, alila breakfast. We can reach out station by d bridge.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. One thing which I was felt was hassle was to go to the room, you have to take the lift up to 41st floor, then walk across the hotel lobby to their lift corridor. And then take lift down from there to go to the room floor.

Very pleasant stay at AliLa bangsar where the reception staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The room was clean and super comfortable as well. I will come back and stay here again next time for sure. Only cons was that the hotel breakfast wasn't that good.

Really nice hotel, it was a delightful stay. The check-in and out process went smooth. The service was great. The hip restaurant botanica+co just right on the ground floor. The location was fine for my needs, but the neighborhood might not be right fit for everyone.

Nice hotel with sanctuary-balinese concept. Nice and clean room. Complete bathroom amenities, with bathrobes, face and hand towels (plus points). No bathtub tho. The only set back we have during our stay is with the TV, remote not working. Hard to navigate the in room service menu. Should use QR code to check the menu instead. Food are delicious.

Pleasant stay and nice studio room. Big space for 1-2 persons per room. Well provided space for dressing table in the bathroom area and desk at the living area.

Major love for this place. Everything was good, friendly staff, clean room with balcony! Love the coffee machine at every floor of the hotel so you can enjoy the coffee and kids can have warm milk. Need to book a slot to use their swimming pool, only 6p person/hour, open 8am to 8pm. The bali-sanctuary design here is so calming. Please note that you have to pay for parking at RM5 flat rate. Breakfast is at Botanica+co but really not worth it. Small portion, bad service. Half price (RM15) for kids for selected menu only; Porridge, crepe or toast.

This hotel is clean and eco-friendly. Staff are helpful and friendly too. I encountered some issues with the room and they were quick to attend and resolved the problems. The room design is aesthetically pleasing and we also love the in-room packets coffee aik cheong instead of the normal instant nescafe. The only thing that is not up to my expectation is the bed linen which I find a bit rough to the touch. I prefer a softer material. Anyway we will still choose this hotel again as the room is family friendly which we can sleep comfortably for a family of four. The food at the botanica+co restaurant is also good.
