Not satisfied! 2pm check in time namin 2:30pm n kmi naka pasok pero wala rin kming acces so were not allowed to leave the room pag wala pang acces card and key. We waited until mkuha nnmin sya ng around past 4:00pm and yet tv is not working and wifi stop working by 7pm.and worst under renovation yun pool walang swimming pool yan ang reason kun bakit ako nag pa book kasi as you advertised sa pic meron pool I know it is not included sa package but were willing to pay for extra and as seen on your post sa pics meron swimming pool. Akala ko that will be a perfect staycation for us but unfortunately it turns to worst staycation. Well im sorry I cannot recommend this host to my friends and family na mahilig mag staycation kasi mapapahiya lang ako.

The 1st day when we checked in we wait for too long the receptionist said we need to wait our agent! how come we have an agent for our booking, is this real need an agent when you book a hotel, its unbelievable, after waiting too long, we go up to rest, we have another disaster again, the aircondition is dripping on top of the bed where we can sleep, we expected that on that night we can rest well but suddenly we slept at the floor, the internet is so slow and no hot water not recommended .

The room stings as it was next to rubbish room The check in time is super late when the check out time is at 11am

no proper host accommodate us.. only the cleaner of the unit. It takes too much time waiting at the lobby my toddler get tantrums because it's hot in lobby area.. the unit is ok its clean and neat but the bathroom door is unable to close and the AC has a water drops in the middle of the night.. as we leave the the unit no one approach us instead I texted them.

1. 1st room: The room is untidy, AC was not working, glass door disassembled in the shower room, WI-FI not connected. After several complaints and 2 hrs later they finally attended to our request, wherein they transferred us to the 58th floor. 2. 2nd room: The room was nice, AC was functioning well, there was WI-FI, but no free toiletries, no rags for the floor, at 3 am we we're awakened by the sound of water gushing out from the pipes of the kitchen sink. To make matters worse it smelled like septic waste. Called the lobby for the maintenance to clean up the mess but until 4:30 am no one came until the time we left. We are very disappointed! They don't check back for all what we need.

The room was clean and spacious, although there's only 1 floor mat and cleaning rags not provided. The television is small but WIFI is fast. The amenities of the condo is superb! The host was accommodating to all concerns and queries.

The place was okay but a bit disappointing as, it was stated that there was wifi, but as we got to the place there was no wifi, instructions were unclear and as I had to set up the wifi on my own, I could rate this place 3.5/5.0

Great experience! Enjoyed our stay solo namin yung pool hehe plus ganda ng view sa room and super clean room.

Our 1 day stay was nice. The place was great. But the TV cable signal is not working when it was given to us by the caretaker. We've informed the helpdesk/facility support, unfortunately they cannot fixed it. It's too late for us to enjoy our stay. Hope this will be prioritized by the management so that your future customer will get the satisfaction they deserved. 😂😔👍👏

Amenities are good. Game room just needs to have a working PS4 controller. Another thing is that there should be two room keys so as not to have difficulty if the room keys are surrendered by gamers at the Gaming Room.

Helpful staff welcomed us when we arrived. Big comfy room given to us.
