객실은 좋습니다. 목욕 타월은 기대 이하로 깨끗합니다. 객실 청소 서비스/세면도구 리필은 요청 시 가능합니다.

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원들은 친절하고 매우 도움이 됩니다. 그들은 모든 것을 친절하게 설명해 줍니다. 방은 깨끗합니다.

친절한 직원과 전반적으로 편안한 숙박. 청결은 더 개선할 수 있지만 나쁠 것은 없습니다. 도보 거리에 많은 식당이 있어 위치가 좋습니다.

I enjoyed my stay there. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean, no smell except for the chair. The chair was dirty and berlumut (like the black spots all over it). The bathroom was clean as well.

Room and bathroom were good and clean, except for the sink; it's too small. The water heater in the bathroom was not working, no hot water (room 212). Overall, service was good. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

큰 침대와 싱글 침대 객실에 할인을 받았는데, 그만한 가치가 있어요! 주변에 선택할 수 있는 카페와 레스토랑이 많고 근처에 7E도 있어요. 주목할 점은 호텔에 엘리베이터가 있어서 가족을 데리고 왔기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했어요. 주차를 위해서만 해도 운이 좀 있어야 해요. 특히 주말에는 이곳이 지역 주민들에게 인기가 많거든요. 주차는 상점 뒤쪽에 주차할 수 있어요. 전반적으로 이 장소가 좋아요.

직원들은 친절했습니다. 보증금은 RM 100이었습니다(현금이나 카드로 지불 가능). 욕실은 작지만 깨끗했습니다. 침대 시트와 베개 커버가 냄새가 났습니다! 🥴🤢🤮.

Hotel yang sangat seesa dengan tema bilik yang tersendiri. Cuma yang kurg cermin makeup. Cermin hanya ada dalam bilik mandi, kalau ada dalam bilik senang nak bersiap. Thanks.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who is just here in Sibu for a one-night stay and also for a short trip. The key factor I choose this hotel is that it has an elevator since I have two small kids with me and their belongings are a lot, so it eases me that I do not have to carry the baggage's up the stairs. The second key factor is that this place is full of foodies! Since I have kids, I always felt that I need all the necessities within my short radius, and this is it. Pappa Rich is here, even my fav drinks too, Tusan! So yeah, the location is really good and convenient and it justifies the price. A bit expensive than the usual hotel.

This accommodation is perfect for family gateways & workcation. Satisfied & very recommended! 👍.

We enjoy our family time with cafe. Even though is small layout, but foods taste is delicious, young generation likes it'
