My booking from your app is not acknowledged by the hotel because they close all their online reservation but yet I managed to book from your application. so instead I paid as a walk in. it means the payment is doubled.

Room was nice and clean. Especially the rooms in the East Wing have a great river view. Several good restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel. But the breakfast food was the worst --ugghh! Food options were not good at all.

the girl in the information desk of the hotel , receiving our bookings , seems she doesn't know what to do. i booked 2 rooms . the other for my eldest son. she told my son , the girl at the counter, hindi ko na kinuha name nya, that he haven't paid yet his hotel booking, and she cannot locate at their system about our booking, parang nagalit ako. i told my son, sabihin mo ,bayad na lahat ! medyo tumagal sila sa counter. mabuti na lang pina print ko yung voucher at receipt sa bookings namin for 2 rooms, pinadala ko naman sa daughter ko sa counter. sabihin mo ito o, bayaD na lahat.

Room was clean and spacious. Food was fab but it took us a while to get seated. Location is good. Swimming pool gives a cool view of the city.

This hotel is good for its cheaper price, the breakfast is perfect. The staff are welcoming and willing to help with our concerns and question regarding location of city landmarks. It just that we do not allow to use the pool as we are more than 2 adults. They will allow the excess adults if you will pay P400 pesos per client but for us this was to expensive, Considering you are a Guest and checked-in at hotel. It's really sad that we do not experience the pool.

The crew and staff were really nice and they are helpful. I extended my stay and though I prefer not to change rooms, they still insist for my comfort. I always love the food and location. The pool area is a nice place to hang out or if you just want to chill. Staying at Grand Xing is worth it but be sure to have upper floors for nice view. I was transferred to 6th floor and it was near the pool so the view was blocked and since it was weekend the hotel was quite full and some guests knocked my room. I just thing East Wing is quieter than West Wing.

It was indeed a great stay. Location wise, it is accessible to malls and establishments. The food for the breakfast were good too. For the amenities, it is worthwhile. regarding the view and tower, I prefer the view in East Wing compare to West Wing. Though it is a bit of hassle checking-in at the front desk of west wing then go to east wing, they have staff to support you. I also love the Gelare cafe at the ground floor of East Wing. The gelato and pancakes were really good.

Overall it was gud.asyd from the comfort room's sliding door. cant totally close and needs repair.
