I was not able to use it I have delayed flight 🥺 🥹 I ask the hotel to rebook it but no response.

Too pricey for a so called low cost hotel. The water supply in the bathroom is weak. The complimentary breakfast are so-so. The staff are approachable though.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures as posted. The room has an extension cord for your various charging needs. The room also has a hair dryer, which is a plus for ladies like me. I also like that it is near places of interest. I also like the breakfast (with brewed coffee) included in the package.

The room was good, clean and good smelling. Been here three times already and they are still my preferred accommodation when I'm in bacolod and highly recommended. Staff are very friendly plus the free plated. Breakfast is icing on top.

We stayed for two nights. We had a good experience, location wise and the breakfast is good though limited choices. The staff are friendly and kind. We appreciated so much that they prepared the breakfast earlier than 6am since we need to leave the hotel by 6am.
