I don't know where to start. The owner was nice but I can't say the same to the service. They weren't really accommodating. Sometimes, they don't even greet you back. The only nice one was Geraldine. The place was far away from the center. I thought it was just 10 minutes away, but we walked for about 25-30 minutes and some part of the road was muddy. They offer free travel service but when we called no one was answering the phone for about an half hour so we had no choice but to walk. The food and the room were sub-standard. And one thing that I don't understand is, why would they ask us what we want for breakfast the night before, if we still need to wait more than 35 minutes to have our food. Well, the view was nice and there was a pool and jacuzzi but the jacuzzi wasn't available at the time. And speaking of water, the water pressure of the tap in our bathroom is basically non-existent, it was just water droplets. It's impossible to wash your face. I'm really disappointed because I'm expecting more to a 3star hotel resort. Maybe just because our hotel in Puerto Princesa was much better than this one. I won't recommend this hotel. It's good for anyone who's looking for some slience, peace, darkness and some european food.
