전체 평가 및 리뷰 [Deact] Seminyak Garden Hotel

Hotel sudah jadi rumah hantu tapi masih aja dijual.

Saya bersama istri terjebak di dalam lift. tiba-tiba lift mati, tombol emergency tidak berfungsi. Hampir 15 menit kami sesak nafas. Untung saja ada di data Situs Traveloka nomor hotel sehingga saya bisa menghubungi pihak hotel dan akhirnya dapat dikeluarkan. Istri saya sekarang terauma naik lift. Kalau saja kami tidak menyimpan nomor hotel saya sudah tidak tauh lagi apa yang terjadi. Dan tidak ada perhatian atau permintaan maaf dari pihak hotel. Semoga kejadian ini tidak terjadi pada tamu yang lain.

stayed for 5 night. staff are really helpful. my kids love the swimming pool. nearby you can find local market in the morning and night market for dinner (vegan food available). thanks seminyak garden

Hotel yang sederhana, sayang tidak kedap suara, terdengar suara berisik walau pada malam hari, pelayanan ok, saya hanya transit saja semalam.

정말 멋진 숙박이었어요! 객실이 업그레이드되었고, 직원들이 매일 방을 청소해 주어서 귀중품 분실 걱정이 전혀 없었던 점이 특히 마음에 들었습니다. 방을 청소할 때마다 생수와 커피, 차도 무료로 제공해 주고, 객실에 필요한 물품도 채워주셨어요. 서비스도 훌륭했고요! 호텔도 찾기 쉬웠어요!

this accommodation has a good location. but their service was not good. first, I leave the hotel and back around 12.15pm to do check out but when I arrived the door was locked already (i can't use the card key), I go down and ask the reception staff what happened and they said maybe the key is automatic locked on 12pm. I mean, please next time it would be better if the staff call the guest to make sure the check out. second, they ask me to wait while they check the room once again. I have been waiting 10 minutes and they do nothing, and after I ask them, they just said that I can leave (so, if I am not asking, I think they won't tell me nothing and I will waiting sitting on the chair until evening, lol)

Enjoyable stay. Yes the rooms need a paint and a spruce up but they are comfortable, the facilities, pool and restaurant are good and the staff really lovely. Restaurant menu needs some work - eg. if you are going to offer a chicken burger use real chicken. Can be a bit of noise from surrounding areas. Overall as a solo traveler working online, had good internet, good desk to work from and it was nice to be able to take a break by the pool.

Toiletries tidak sesuai bintang 3, mirip melati 1. Ketika masuk kamar dalam kondisi banyak debu akhirnya tidak jadi menginap walaupun sudah membayar untuk 2 malam.

Kamarnya tidak bersih banyak debu kamar mandi juga tidak bersih kasurnya kayak ada noda kotor (bercak-bercak gitu).

Pada saat check-in staffnya tidak ramah, saya check-in jam 7 malam, yang biasanya untuk welcome drink langsung dapat, Nah ini saya harus meminta terlebih dahulu ke pihak resepsionisnya dan itu pun responnya lama, dan menunggu, Akhirnya saya dipanggil untuk isi form check-in. Bukan itu saja, pada waktu check-in juga, pihak resepsionisnya tidak menjelaskan entah itu letak kamarnya dimana, include sarapan atau tidak, sarapannya dimana-mana! (Meskipun sudah tahu include breakfast). Saya pun langsung menuju kamar dan pada saat sarapan, staff-nya juga tidak ramah, jam 8 makanan banyak yang kosong, saya ingin mencoba waffle pada saat sarapan tetapi tidak ada refilan sedangkan info yang saya dapat itu akan di refill, hotel maksudnya mengganggu, meja buffet berantakan, yang saya herankan, kenapa refill white/brown toast itu menggunakan tangan? Kenapa tidak pakai tong? Kurang hygenis dan tidak akan pernah menginap kembali di hotel ini.
