우리가 방문했을 때 해변에는 쓰레기가 많았습니다. 모든 시설에 사람들이 많았습니다. 서비스는 더 나을 수 있었습니다. 모든 것이 유료이기 때문에 그곳을 더 잘 관리했을 수 있습니다.

Room-7/10. Not well maintained. Traces of dirt in the restroom. Room has accent lights only. No bottled water, they have free water refill however there's also no water on the dispenser throughout our stay. Food-5/10. Everything ordered as well as the free breakfast tasted bland. Staff-9/10 Accommodating and friendly staffs.

This is my first time here, the pool is so nice, my kid really enjoyed it. They upgraded my room for free and the receptionist very nice. Breakfast also nice with the view and good ambience. Will come back again if we have any chance to do it!

Was fun! Ate receptionist and kuya guard and bellboy are nice. Facilities are good. Just the food. I hope it could be better worth for the price. So far its awesome!

Food are too pricey.. Bathrobes and towels are worn out.. Dusty exhaust.. No bottled water in the room.. Pool and beach are ok.. Good customer service with the staff..

Unfriendly staff, reception and restaurant personnel. Its unlike other resort where everybody greets you. Too pricey for a small room that says lagoon view but what you can see are trees, not even a bath tub and the robes and towels are dirty and worn out. Not coming back.

We have a great time. It’s perfect for a family get away although it’s a bit pricey and buffet breakfast was just ok. Food selection was ok. All in all we enjoyed our stayed especially my 2 year old kid.

Great place, a lot of fun things to do like karaoke, billiards, table tennis, etc. They offer buffet setup for breakfast. Great to chill and to eat good foods in their filipino cuisine restaurants

Great hotel with excellent service. Staffs were very nice and accomodating. Great breakfast. We were surprised that we have a cake when we got back to our room with message for wedding anniversary ☺️

Awesome experience for my small family. My little one enjoyed the beach and the pool. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were good and polite. Hassle free booking.

It was great overall.. Check out at 11 am was nakakabitin hope they could extend it since most of the time will be consumed sleeping.. almost every activity will have a fee. they also gave us a complimentary for our anniversary which is sweet and we highly appreciate it cleanliness was superior... and may i mention the interior was my dream aesthetic of my room so i was delighted. services..people were so friendly..i feel that they are proud of their job.. food. is not cheap.. but was delicious but hope they would increase serving size a bit.. the shakes were refreshing.. the buffet was great. looking for bacon.. fried rice. though location.. was very far but it is worth it..prepare to pay the shuttle 200 from maingate to hotel and if from hotel to bayan would amount to 1000. comfort was superior as well the sheets were soft and clean smelling..and bed is soft.. pillows also are fluffy..

We enjoyed our vacation but the food is to expensive.

We will surely come back! We forgot to bring socks for the kids playground and for bowling!

It's a good place to take a family vacation. The facilities are nice, well maintained, and staff very efficient. You need pay for usage of all facilities, though. Food. wasn't too good except for their breakfast buffet.
