수영장 이용이 가능한 객실을 예약했는데, 솔직히 후회는 전혀 없어요! 객실이 스윔업 바 바로 앞에 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 청결 상태도 최고였어요. 5성급 호텔답게 정말 훌륭했어요. 직원들도 친절하고 항상 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 유일한 단점은 교통 체증 때문에 그랩으로 파통 비치까지 10~15분 정도 걸린다는 거예요. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고, 저는 여기 묵는 걸 100% 추천합니다!

ไม่ติดหาดแต่มีรถรับส่ง หรือจะเช่ามอไซฯ ก็สะดวก ห้องพักสะอาด เรียบร้อย อุปกรณ์ครบครัน พนักงานตั้งใจบริการทุกคน แม่บ้านมีพลาดลืมให้ผ้าขนหนูแต่ก็สามารถติดต่อ front ได้ตลอด พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี ชวนคุยเป็นกันเอง

This hotel great breakfast. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. As I told before, they had great breakfast, they provided various dishes and I believe will satisfied everybody. Maybe 1 minor problem is they can't manage some guest to take queue when take the breakfast. I was slipped twice by a guest who don't want to take a queue. But the reason why make me disappointed with this hotel is, when we are checking out from this hotel my daughter told me that she left her Hoodie in her room (we take 3 rooms). I asked her to go to her room to take it but she can't found it. I come to check again and that 's true the hoodie can't found. This quite ridiculous since when I do the final check to her room, I told to my daughter"don't forget your hoodie"and I touch the hoodie. After I check again and still can't found it then I go to receptionist to report about it and give my phone number to them in case hey found it after we go they can inform me and I can arrange to send it to me because we will stay in Thailand for 10 more days. But until I arrived back to Jakarta nobody from this hotel give any information to me.

Overall kamarnya nyaman. Cuma yang buat agak gimana gitu. Saya awalnya pesen buat 6 orang 2 kamar.+ breakfast. Tapi yang boleh breakfast cuma 4 orang. Yang 2 bayar lagi. 🙄. Mau debat bingung karena mereka bahasa inggrisnya kurang banget. Jadi ya cuma bisa pasrah.

Such a very nice hotel. Everything is here. Pool bar, Roof top bar for nice sunset view, Restaurant for dinner and variety breakfast. I would recommend here if you don't want to go out of the hotel. There is shuttle bus to Patong also. However the room near to the road (Sea view) is quite noisy but over all is really good for me.

Kamar bersih, luas, sarapan bervariasi, staff ramah dan sangat membantu, dekat pantai.

Very pleasant hotel. Good view and friendly staff. Only slight inconvenience is the shower water control is sending more hot water despite the knob control, but to us it is manageable.

Breakfast is good. Great pools good for family with kids. Big clean and comfy room.

So in love with this hotel. Located nearby Kalim beach but not so far from Patong. They have shuttle van service from hotel to Patong. We booked apartment style room at the end of the hotel but they also have buggy service at all time so you no need to walk. The room was awesome! Big and clean. For breakfast buffet, their food is international so not all halal for muslim but they have halal food with remark 'halal'. Most important, their service is at the best. All staffs friendly & kind especially handsome buggy driver :P. They have many pools I think around 4 to 5 including pool-room access. The kid's pool like a mini waterpark with slide etc. Also have baby room & baby pool for under 1 yo. You no need to go to the beach only enjoy the hotel facilities already OK>.<We definitely will consider this hotel again if come back to Puket next time. Very recommended!

ดีมากทุกอย่างครับ ความสะอาด ทำเล ห้องน้ำ น้ำไหลแรง น้ำอุ่นปรับง่าย เหมาะกับแนวครอบครัวด้วย มีสระเด็ก สไลเดอร์ น้ำพุหลากหลาย ขอติเรื่องเดียวตอนไปถึงฝนตก ไม่มีพนักงานรับคนรับของ ต้องพะรุงพะรังขนของเอง เด็กเปียกฝน ระหว่างอาคารไม่มีหลังคาต้องวิ่งลุยฝนอีก ทุลักทุเลพอสมควร

รร. ใหม่ ดีหมดทุกอย่างนะ นอนสบาย แต่มีที่ไม่โอเค คือ โทรไปสั่งอาหารแม่ครัวเหมือนยุ่งมาก บอกให้รอสายนานไม่ตอบ โทรไปอีกหลายสาย ไม่รับแล้วดุเราบอกว่าคนเยอะ คือพูดไม่เพราะ อาจจะยุ่งหรือไม่ป่าวชัวร์ เราสั่งพิซซ่า โอเคที่อร่อย แบบอร่อยมาก
