전체 평가 및 리뷰 Seeds Hotel Premier The Mines Seri Kembangan

호텔에서 편안하게 지냈습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 편의시설이 제공되었습니다. 위치도 매우 좋았고 찾기도 쉬웠습니다. 마인즈 컨벤션 센터까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 더블룸을 이용했는데 가성비가 좋았습니다. 체크인은 번거롭지 않고 빠르게 진행되었습니다. 친절한 직원들이 필요한 정보를 제공해 주었습니다.

고압 세척기를 사용할 수 없습니다. 사용하고 싶을 때마다 물이 새어 나옵니다.

5번째나 6번째로 여기에 묵었습니다. 프레지던트 스위트가 최고예요. 3A88호실만 해당됩니다. 투숙객이 해당 객실에 만족할 수 있도록 가능한 한 빨리 수리해 주시기 바랍니다. 그 외에는 모두 최고입니다.

깨끗해 보이지만 침대 시트는 바꾸지 않은 것 같고, 체크인할 때 침대에 머리카락이 있었고 누우면 손과 목이 가려웠습니다. 객실의 샤워 수도꼭지도 고장 났고 다행히 샤워를 위한 다른 방을 제공해 달라는 요청을 수락했습니다. 직원들은 훈련이 부족한 듯하고 이 문제에 직면했을 때 무엇을 해야 할지 몰랐습니다.

조기 체크인이 허용되지 않습니다. MRT/LRT 역에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 추가 세금을 요구했습니다(저는 Traveloka에 정보나 메모가 없어서 모릅니다. 보증금에 대해서만 알고 있습니다). MIECC에서 음악 축제에 참석해야 하기 때문에 하룻밤만 묵었습니다. 이 호텔이 가장 가까운 호텔이고, 선택의 여지가 없습니다. 객실은 좋고 깨끗하며 로비에 711이 있고 MINES 몰과 가깝습니다.

The girl receptionist assigned a room not as per booked. Booked king sized bed but received twin bed instead. The room assigned also have an aircond which was not functioning at all! Called front desk and whatsapp them but no response. Ended up sleep w open-air luckily the booked room has a window that can be opened. This was my 2nd time booking since my 1st experience was great but 2nd hm. My 2nd booking was terribly bad!

Bilik luas, bersih dan staff di kaunter sangat mesra dan sangat membantu. Cuma di bilik tiada karpet. Paling membantu, sekurang2nya ada selipar bilik.

Spacious room, comfy, near to The Mines Shopping Mall, highly recommended. For family vacation also recommended.

friendly staff... especially front desk... keep it up

Wow, fast check in, friendly receptionist and strategic location. They also provided the parking for customers. I loved in staying at this hotel. The hotel was located near Mines Shopping Centre in which we can found a lot of eateries in the mall. The room was spacious and clean. Worry not there were convenient store like KK mart and seven eleven as well as hotel owned Hailam restaurant nearby. Definitely will stay in this hotel again in my next visit to KL.

Very good service, extremely tidy rooms

Clean room, spacious, what I like most is the connecting path to mines.

I enjoyed the room and place there. But the staff was not being honest. I accidentally left my things there. And i'm 200% sure that I left it there. I checked out at 7.30 am. And called them at 8.30 am. They said will check for me. But I need to call them back on 3.00pm. And their answered was. "It's not there" .

Kamar luas, bersih dan sangat dekat ke mal mines.

located near shopping complex and night market. easy to find transportation. near ktm serdang.

Kerani kaunter mesra dan sangat membantu, bilik hotel bersih, House keeping memuaskan dan paling best hanya beberapa langkah ke mall.

Sangat bagus, dan bersih. kamarnya luas, semua barang baik lantai kamar dan toilet menggunakan bahan kayu. It's very good

Bilik seperti gambar, luas, sangat selesa & bersih juga. Staff baik-baik belaka. Saya kene check out lambat tapi caj sikit jer. Terbaik! Location sekentut jer dengan the mines shopping mall. Malam-malam ada uptown belakang hotel (lokasi tapak lama mines wonderland).
