The entire room was very clean and the basic necessities are complete as well. The room is very cute and well-maintained. We booked a little late but the entire check-in/check-out process was super easy and hassle-free. It's also in the center of Davao city so that's a plus. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for three nights. the place is awesome, cozy and comfy than some hotels. ms. riza, the host, was very helpful, good customer service. there's housekeeping to clean the room everyday. can swim at the pool to relax. they have netflix and fast internet connection. you'll feel safe because of the security measures of the place. employees are smiling and polite. they'll even recommend you to places for your b-fast, lunch, and dinner.. see for yourself. highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again for my Christmas vacation.

It's spacious, nice and clean. The view is good. The transaction and communication was smooth. Safety is a priority in Avida. It is close to some establishments (7/11, Davao Doctors), malls (Gmall and Abreeza is 1 ride away), Roxas Night Market and other famous restaurants. I had an amazing stay. I was able to cook and do my laundry since appliances are almost complete.

It was really private. The room is clean and very efficient. We loved the swimming pool.

But overall it's an amazing stay. We'll be coming back for sure ✨

The place was awesome! Every room has its own theme. They even do room cleaning everyday! Its even better than staying at a hotel. Plus the location is perfect! Ms. Riza was very accomodating, they even recommend places to go to and where to eat. It was indeed a great stay in Davao City!
