Hotelnya bersih, nyaman, pelayanannya juga ramah. Hotel bersebelahan dengan bar tapi untungnya kami dapat kamar yang dekat jalan bukan bersebelahan langsung bar. Jadi, enggak jedag jedug 😂.

very bad service. check in by untrained staff. take almost 30 minutes for check in, not accept me for check in even room full. paid because i don't have enough cash for check in. they required rm50 deposit and i only can give 40. ask me to cancel the booking with travel agent. after i begging then they say ok with rm40 deposit this is the worst experience for me so far. even 5 star hotel allowed me to check in without deposit. tolerate a bit with customer not a harm. i would never book this hotel again and will keep telling others about my experience
