One of the best stay we’ve ever had! Booked 2 rooms and arrived too early from the normal check-in time. Staffs immediately check availability since they’ve noticed we have children with us and lucky enough to have 1 room so we can rest. Though we didn’t have a chance to try Kulinarya buffet, we enjoyed Chill and Grill and while eating they had fire dancers and presentation from hotel staffs. Will definitely recommend!

The hotel staffs are amazing. Shout out to Ms. Irish at the reception. She made our stay extra memorable. The hotel is excellent for staycation. Superb facilities too! The rooms are super nice. We loved the bed and the pillows. We did not want to leave.

Weekend stay with my friends was nice. The hotel has a posh yet homey feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Though the comfort room has no bidet. :( And it would be awesome if they would add more selections to the breakfast buffet.

Room is big, clean and with amenities we usually need. Towels, Ref, Coffee maker, hair blower, windows are big, carpeted floors, big bed, cabled tv with USB port, etc. Location of room is 2 floors down from the lobby but signal is still good. WiFi not so much, but data signal is okay. Buffet dinner is okay (499 each). Was expecting there will be a lot of seafood, but none in sight. Fire dance show by the hotel entrance was nice too, since employees are clearly enjoying dancing. Breakfast is okay also, but no bacon. :D

it was fun and relaxing.. the stay at the hotel was a refresher especially the signature spa.. my husband felt asleep while having a massage.. food was superb.

Just Slow internet connection in our room...

Everything is good except for slow internet connection in our room.

This place has so much potential but very bad service. The good side -the breakfast has a good selection of food and it's really good especially their omelette. The place is beautiful and you really feel that you own the place. Strong wifi even our room is located on the basement. Nice view. Bad side. Extremely terrible service. We waited for 30 mins for us to checked in even though we arrived at 3:30pm (standard check-in on their hotel is 2 pm). The receptionist almost forgot our keycard upon check-in. The complimentary shuttle service is not available during our entire stay ( 2 nights) and you have to pay 100 pesos for you to fetch by tricycle going to the city of mariveles. We supposed to charge a 100% corkage fee for a jollibee meal that we ordered but we argue that they did not mention it upon check-in (so they did not charged us) be aware. Always know your rights. I give credits to the ladies who helped us upon check-out. They are so very helpful and really fast service. This place has so much potential. It is almost a complete package but the service is very terrible especially on how they treat their guests. I don't recommend this place.

Breakfast was not appealing. Area is an industrial zone.

They assigned us to a very far room its like two floors lower from the main lobby and the room is so far from the stairs going up. My concern is what if there's fire or something and considering we travel together with a baby.

Great experience, staff are accommodating, only one thing, no ref on the room. Overall experience was happy and enjoyed the stay. Surely to recommend to my relatives and friends. 2 thumbs up!

The drainage was clogged. The sheets were a little smelly.
