호텔이 너무 좋아요, 정말 만족합니다.

직원분들이 친절하고, 정말 도움이 많이 됐고, 체크인과 체크아웃도 빠르고, 환불도 빠르게 해줬어요. 제 문제는 호텔에 다리미와 기도 매트가 없다는 거예요 (요청해야 할지도 모르겠네요). 자물쇠가 제대로 잠기지 않았고, 온수기도 고장 났어요. 헤어드라이어도 마찬가지였어요 (헤어드라이어가 녹아서 사용하기가 겁나요). 주차는 무료가 아니니, 외부인을 위해 Parkway 앱을 다운로드하세요. 위치: 신호등 때문에 번거로움 없이 편하게 이동하고 싶은 분들은 이리저리 돌아다니기가 불편할 수 있어요. 주변 편의시설: 아주 좋아요 - 거의 모든 식당, 약국, 심지어 로터스까지 가까워요 👍

Great location around the popular location within 10-15min. Room was clean and staff also friendly.

Cannot sleep because too noisy I don't know if it come from construction or housekeeping staffs.

The good points: The hotel provides free coffee and tea from a self-service machine in the lobby as well as cold and hot water from another water filter machine. The bad points: 1. It is impossible to log in to the hotel wifi. If you get in the speed is impossibly slow. Considering it is so cheap to give good wifi speed to the guests, this hotel is not doing well on this. 2. There are no parking spots provided by the hotel. The hotel should at least apply for some designated parking spaces from the city council for the convenience of their guests. 3. The hotel provides you 2 towels; 1 new and 1 old (almost bare thread and rough). Please get rid of your old towels and provide new towels. Also, the new towel feels like it has a layer of "something" which makes it not absorbent when you use it to dry yourself after a shower. Could be the laundry powder they are using. Not a good feeling. All the above comments are genuine. Hope the 2 young owners will listen and make the appropriate changes.

Mediocre but located in a strategic place in between Muar town and Bakri.

Friendly staff. The room, toilet & pillow smelly. I booked the room but they give me smaller room. I thought I can get refund but I cant 😊 quite disappointed. But the lobby very beautiful 😊

When i arrived, unfortunately their system happens to be having an update going on so they were not able to retrieve the details that I had booked and paid it. So I didn’t get the Japanese room I requested for but they allow me to upgrade it to a Europe room just by adding RM8 from what I previously paid. Nice and cosy room. It’s big and would recommend if Muslims need some room to pray, you will need a bigger room definitely.
